Alex (Formerly Troy-Pharma.com)

Very well said Mr Crowley. I wish that statement could be pinned on the first page of the quality thread.

Hi jjray, as I think you can tell by the responses to your post, it's very important to provide a much more detailed explanation when you have a complaint about quality, including but not limitied to:

Date received

Product/brand

How you came to the conclusion that the meds were poor quality

Appearance/taste/smell, etc.

Response from vendor

Believe me, we all empathize with the disappointment that comes along with realizing that you didn't get what you paid for, but it's important to be patient, reach out to the vendor, and then take the time to articulate your experience in as much detail as possible while restraining your emotional reaction. It's bettter for your credibility, gives your fellow memebers more useful information, and increases the chance that the vendor will work with you. Good luck.
Thanks MC. This posting requirement should be part of the rules and regs for the newbies. How many friggin times have you asked for this info. I stopped counting at 10.

Also curious how Alex intends to make it up. I've had quality issues before (not Alex), and the frustrating thing, even though vendor is nice enough to say they will make it right, is that even though I spent every penny I could spare in the original order, in my case I was told I had to make another order by sending more money for them to "make it right"

This has only happened to me once, but it was on my very first order ever, so I totally understand the frustration. Sorry I know this belongs in the quality thread, but I wanted to say it in context of jj's plight, as well as ask "how" Alex makes this up.

On my phone so sorry if there are typos..

I had a mistake with Alex before and when he fixed it he took care of everything I didn't have to send more money.

YES just got email from Alex and going to send me another product since he has no yellows shows me that he is trying to make up for poor quality order. I can except that and will place more orders with him. Oh yea he's not charging me for other product which is great. Hope he comes through....

Order placed - 1/28

TN - 1/28

Received 1/29:)

Ordered the roxee k/niners and they are great!! Also got the v@l's which I haven't tried yet but will report on the quality when I do. A was great as always.

The one issue I had with Alex, he corrected it with no further order or money required for me. It was a small amount; we do have to remember that he only gets a piece of the money sent, and he has to pay out of his pocket to correct mistakes.

As for quality, the w853 vikings, I have two tests that convince me they are real (since often our response to meds can vary based on whats in our stomach, etc.) One as I have mentioned, I have the insomnia that I get when I take my scripted vikings late (as in, after 11 PM - I'l lay awake until 3:30 am or so. Not shaky/nervous, very mellow, but I just don't fall asleep.) Second, I can feel a definite potentiation from the cimetidine (Tagamet) approach - that does not work with, say, codeine.

FWIW

I'm really glad to hear that Alex take care of things like that.  That's awesome : )
That's why he is so highly regarded! But it's also why we, as a group, must do what we can to ensure that no one takes advantage of this trust (not saying that anyone is doing so now). But we all need to understand that this only works if there is trust (both ways). If that trust gets broken, everyone will suffer.

Well said Mr C. I know Alex works hard to provide the best product and service he can from hisbasically position of customer service rep. He is a middleman make no mistake. BUT he cares.

Please don't post accusations until all the facts are in and the problem has been interpreted

and then both sides can come up with a satisfactory conclusion. Ideally for a quality rep like

A we want to keep smooth relations going both ways. JMHO

It is good to state experiences with a products received, with as much detail as possible (e.g. not just "These were bunk" but "I got a very small amount of pain relief, compared to what I normally get, and found that to be true of others in the order which I took just to make sure it wasn't me the first time.) But I think it is also good to first contact Alex (or whatever vendor) and give him your calm feedback, and see what he says, and include that in the feedback here. I know Alex is trying hard to keep up with what is going on with the supply chain and is concerned about, e.g., the number of bad w853 vikings in the system and is working hard to find the best supply, and relies on customer feedback to help him with that.

It happens periodically with all vendors. Just politely let him know and he will fix it.
I thought that this would be an appropriate quote to use about A "fixing things." First, Sorry I have not been around in about a week but I HAVE been emailing A back and forth about the Klonnie "incident." From the very beginning, as far as a "fix," he has been very, very compassionate, great to work with, a good "moral compass," etc. He made me whole from the beginning and we kept in touch as far as strength, etc. It's a long story, no need to post it all but I felt I needed to say "something." He said that we would wait about a week (I believe that started the first of this week) to see how things went and then possibly try "something different." I have taken x0n0x before and it actually helped me cut my klonnie usage in half! At first he thought he could find me some tam0zep0m (restofaril - I hope you understand the "made up" word). It's what I took 15 years ago for sleep.I don't think any vendor sells that possibly because it comes in a capsule -- I guess that's enough. Just wanted to fill everybody in on my experience with A - I am sure if you are missing pills, bad strength, what have you, he will do his up most best to rectify the situation. That's what I have learned about A - He is a GREAT guy!!!!! For now, issue closed. Will go on to other "issues" such as ttm.

  1. ontovzik @ ontovzik: When I had long term shingles, lasting two months. All he could give me was a 10 day supply of dilaudid. He looked at the ground while we were talking about it. I could tell he was ashamed but it was the legislature and the governor that tied his hands. He was very upset that non-medical political people, the media, and the scared public were controlling how he treated his patients. Someday those people will need meds and a hospital bed and they will be gone.
  2. ontovzik @ ontovzik: I had a great doctor, he had the true gift of a healer and he stayed on top of all the science. He straight up told me that for many people opiods work for managing short and long term pain.
  3. ontovzik @ ontovzik: He peed it in the snow in my backyard.
  4. WTF7218 @ WTF7218: @xenxra 😆😂. Yes, but only a few brave souls will ever find the number. You must first order a Dirty Shirley from the bartender. Then you must discreetly take the cocktail napkin from under your drink and unfold it. There you will find the map to the location of the phone number, and clues to decipher the code that it is written in.
  5. xenxra @ xenxra: he left his phone number scribbled in a stall at the pub three blocks down
  6. aBBazaBBa123 @ aBBazaBBa123: @rockychoc How do I contact you?
  7. N @ NYStateofMind: @Alkazar I would try one of those easy online ones .. reddit gives useful info about that
  8. Alkazar @ Alkazar: @NYStateofMind I dont really have a history of abusing things, my docotr is just really stingy. I am thinking of switching.
  9. C @ Cheesus: Thanks xenxra
  10. xenxra @ xenxra: @Cheesus yeah, use snote
  11. P @ psychedpsych: Trump is cracking down….
  12. P @ psychedpsych: Hackers are the scum of the earth
  13. N @ NYStateofMind: so it was easy bc of my history
  14. N @ NYStateofMind: I didnt really tell him but he knew I needed a new script since my dr went to jail
  15. N @ NYStateofMind: @xenxra I was on Adderall since 15 years ago so my dr prescribed that w no problems and then when I lost my best friend my doctor rxed the valiums but
  16. C @ Cheesus: Temp.pm down for anyone else?
  17. xenxra @ xenxra: @NYStateofMind my doctor's have always been pretty open minded if i can actually come in and explain the pharmacological action of the drugs im seeking instead of just telling them why i think i should be prescribed. the only time it didn't work out for me is when i was trying pharmaceuticals for depression ten years ago and suggested they let me try testosterone instead (turns out i was hypogonadal so they made a mistake denying my request at face value)
  18. T @ Testisthebest: Even down here in Florida when the pill mill docs all switched over to Suboxone and/or retired you can still find some pretty liberal docs but you gotta know what to look for. Mine does "pain management, detox, anxiety, etc. And no insurance. My doc writes me 60 5mg Valium, 14 2mg Xanax and asked if I had ever tried adderal to get more focus at work as I told him I run my own business.
  19. N @ NYStateofMind: @Alkazar do they know your history? Like I dont tell my doctor anything about myself except what they need to know,...I was able to get my dr to rx the highest dose of adderall along with valiums ..... if they dont know your history or there is no history I would just come out and ask what is the reason for their mistreatment.... they have no problem billing your insurance or taking a payment for the visit
  20. T @ Turbo259: @Layne_Cobain Thank you fam
