Anyone hear anything today? Unusual not to receive TN by now, even after she confirmed receipt this AM.
I hate when that happens, especially if your out of meds. She'll make it up to you if you paid for next day, just let her know.Package did not arrive. Scheduled for a day late. Better late than never. Knew something was up.
Not sure what you mean by "scheduled for a day late" I'm assuming you paid on Thursday for friday delivery. Did you get a TN yet? I would have thought she'd send it out for Sat delivery to make up for it, unless you paid for 2nd dayPackage did not arrive. Scheduled for a day late. Better late than never. Knew something was up.
Imagine, the nerve of her switching emails /default_dry.png You said you've been gone since March, things change and life goes on. She has advised current customers that her email changed but if you haven't ordered in 6 months she probably just figured you were gone. You've obviously have never been a active part of the forum (lurker?) so don't be surprised if folks aren't jumping to provide this info. Have you tried contacting through the website?Hello all. Trying to get ahold of A. I have sent a couple of emails within the last week without a reply. I have used her a total of 15 or 20 times I would say. I have been on hiatus since March however and cannot seem to get a response. Can someone either please provide me with her new email or help me get in contact with her some other way please? This is a freakin disaster, I take a break and she switches email addys.
Again, please if someone can help me out here I would be greatful. Or if someone could kindly send her an email on my behalf asking permission even.
I like the way she handles things as she does not always require a full order, one can just submit this for that and she comes through.
Thanks so much all
I think you'll find the websites of the SY vendors going down to be an increasingly common theme. H at rx on usa dot com hasn't had the site live in some months now, although business is still being conducted as usual. I don't have any particular explanation for this phenomenon, other than they tend to be single operator "franchises", for lack of a better word, and with the SY vendors being some of the only sources for certain products, customer service capacity is infinite and ultimately becomes an issue. There may be other factors at play, but I presume that they ultimately hit critical mass and just shut the sites down, focusing on their existing and referral client base. That said, I may well be applying traditional business principles too liberally, given the industry we're talking about.btwell36 said:Site is down so I doubt contacting via website will be of much use to the person asking. Unless it's a temporary thing.
You might want to wait and see if a member who uses A regularly can verify this for you, but I have order from A before, and do so regularly from another similar SY vendor. I've found that they all seem to have the same preference on receiving via MG, which is, well, as quickly as possible. That being said, you want to select "Pick Up at Agent". The Telecomm and Bancomer options are MoneyGram service providers within specific retail outlets and financial institutions, which may or may not work depending upon the receiver's location. Unless instructed specifically to use one of these, I would recommend the pick up at agent option, which essentially means that the funds can be picked up at any MoneyGram outlet other than those specific institutions. This is the method I've used to complete more than 50 transactions with SY vendors over the past 4 years.Sorry I know this answer is probably in here already but I can't seem to find it. When choosing the options for MG what does A prefer? (Telecomm, Bancomer, PUA?)
I haven't used MG before and wasn't expecting this question. I emailed A asking this question but it was in the last 30 min. so I'm thinking I'll already be at the MG place tomorrow by the time she gets it. I don't want to make things any more complicated for her than they have to be.
Thank you all!
