To all have read Jewy's post, I would like to add if you have to wait a while, hang in there and wait, she's as good as they get. I know she's busy now and doesn't get to spend the time she used to emailing socially, just stick to business, limit emails, and I promise anything weird that may happen, from start to finish, she's seen it, will reassure you if you tend to freak out at times she will put you at ease. If she doesn't know something, which is rare, she will find out.MODERATOR UPDATE
I've been asked a number of times recently whether or not A is accepting new customers, and for contact information, as there have been some reports indicating that that might be the case. As a result, I reached out to get a current status report. The reply that I received confirmed that A is indeed open to new DBG customer referrals. However, A also asked me to qualify that by letting any prospective new customer know that she's extremely busy, and that obviously existing customer transactions come first in terms of email replies. As a result, she asked that any new customer contacting her be patient and wait for her reply, which might take several days or more, depending upon how busy she is at any given time.
Also, as is DBG policy, we recommend that you always contact vendors such as A who have a live website via their website contact page. Contacting the vendor in this manner helps protect you against potential scam attempts, and ensures that you are ordering from the authentic vendor. To help insure a timely reply, please also reference DBG and your user name as well. After having taken these steps, if you have not received a reply within 48 hours, please feel free to PM myself or another moderator and we would be glad to follow up with the vendor and remind them of your contact attempt, as well as identify you as a DBG member.
Thanks,
Jewy
You'll find very few negatives in reviews and those are either mix-ups or something to be "curious about" She can give Amazon a run for they're money.
