@Jewy-I am sure she will take care of the issue. It definitely was very strange that it happened again!!! I couldn't believe it myself! I order from her quite frequently. She must have one shipper doing a sloppy job!

 
Finally had the pleasure of dealing with A even though there was a delay on her side she made up for it by apologizing & instead of sending the 2nd day shipping I was expecting, she did next day delivery

Shipped 6/20 early in the evening

Received 6/21 10 ET

I have spoken to A and thats all I am going to say on this matter PERIOD.

Anyone else wants to read the real feedback on this vendor feel free to page back a few hundred pages...................

I just placed an order for Saturday delivery. I hope it goes smoothly cause I am going out of town as soon as I receive! She made up for last times issue we had. We will see if this one goes smoothly! Keep your fingers crossed for me!

I have talked to A and R and there is an inventory shortage, just out of some things and don't know when but said she would email me when it gets to her. I can't say enough good things about A. The relationship we've developed ver the past few months is great and I'm hating to have to use another person for a small order but A understood because its just not there.

She IS the BEST, HANDS DOWN!!!

I am doing a happy dance now! I got my ups mychoice delivery alert and the package finally started moving! Yaaay! I was obsessively checking it and it finally turned from brown(label created) to green( in transit). I will update when I receive and everything is accounted for.

 
Yaaay! A came through for me when I REALLY needed it. And everything is accounted for!

Quick question...I just ordered today from a using 2 day delivery. When do you get the Ups delivery alert? When it is initially shipped or the night before? Maybe A will send TN tonight! I am heading out of town again for the 4th and really need it to get here Wednesday before I leave!

In my experience, MyChoice delivery alerts for 2nd day packages arrive the night they are sent, not the evening immediately prior to delivery. However, I've also noticed that the 2nd day alerts are sent out later than overnight alerts, which I guess makes some measure of sense on the priority food chain, so to speak. I generally receive overnight alerts no later than 11:00 PM Eastern, but 2nd day alerts seem to come after midnight, generally around 1:00 am Eastern.

Well, I got a msg that letters did not get out in time! Luckily, I need mine definitely by tomorrow, which can still happen...

 
Same here, letter was not sent out in time yesterday. What a drag. Don't understand why this even happens. Haven't heard about the status of it either as to whether it will go out today or not.

I've been in contact with R, A's associate, and he assures me that all packages that were scheduled for yesterday will in fact go out today. TN's will most likely go out at the same time as always later tonight. As always, and if you haven't already done so, sign up for a UPS MyChoice account, which will provide pending delivery alerts, most often hours before you would otherwise receive them from the vendor. Either way, I would assume that it will be at least 4:00 pm Pacific time before packages are dropped off and information becomes available.

As for the "why" portion, there is a great deal of discussion of this topic in most of the SY vendor threads, including both this thread and that of R. The short answer is that shipping / order fulfillment is centralized with this vendor group, A and R included. As such, they do not physically prepare your order for shipment and drive it to the UPS facility or drop box. They are front line customer service people, "franchisees" of a sort, if you will, and occasionally there are delays in order fulfillment. Sometimes it's a matter of order volume for the day, which in this case would make a measure of sense with a mid-week holiday and many customers ordering earlier than normal to account for it. Just remain patient, and A will take care of you. This vendor group has the best track record in the industry, hands down, so no need for concern.

If I receive any further updates, I will post them accordingly.

Having my savings drained and my security vanish in an instant is paralyzing and the repercussions will only be realized in the coming days and weeks. for now I'm just trying to stay focused on the immediate priorities for ensuring this doesn't. cause cataclysmic failure to the life I've built for my children and I.

They stole everything I had in my home: cash, electronics, and mags, and forced me to transfer $20K in Bitcoin. it is a huge loss and I'm still reeling trying to figure out what i.can do to recover. For now I'm just trying to secure what little I have left so they can't take anything else. I'm telling you guys cause theres not many others I can tell. please bare w/ me, it'll take a few days to get back up and running
