DO NOT ORDER FROM CERTUS!!!

I just ordered today, and I got a reply in my email from someone who is clearly not A. I have now received no TN and its past that time. I assume now I have been scammed of my money. I placed an order without having signed on here in over 2 weeks because the last time I ordered from A she sent fake X's. And she said she would make it up to me so today I placed an order, then got zero correspondence from her and now I believe they took my money and will send nothing.

PLEASE!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM CERTUSRX UNTIL WE KNOW A IS BACK. SADLY, I THINK SHE IS GONE FOR GOOD

 
Hang tight dsound, you will get your package soon. Don't place too much importance on tracking numbers, but be prepared for a day or two passing before getting your goods. 'A' places a lot of pride on being the best in the business and I doubt she'd ever do a runner on us. It's not inconceivable but not very likely. Your money was picked up right?

HOW did you order? Via email or website? What time did you order? What shipping option did you pay for? These questions / answers may hold the answer to this dilemma!

I really don't think its time to be sounding the alarms yet!

We wil see. I am not optimistic based on my last order. What I got was bunk and she even admitted it. Now, after so much good business and referrals to others I get screwed again for no reason. I say this because I had another vendor do this to me very recently. So I can only assume this vendor chooses to not reply as a sign of indifference and scam. Why else would I get an instant reply to can I place an order and then nothing else all day?

As you can see I rarely post. Because, I am usually satisfied. I have been scammed recently by a vendor. It is here in a forum if you look. Now, with this vendor I received bunk stuff and our beloved vendor told me she would make it up to me. So I waited and used another and now Im back ordering from her.

her email response sounded un A ish. and no TN w a vendor usually means trouble, especially with everything written here. Are you illiterate? Have you not read the posts from the last few months?

 
Is that other vendor related to this forum? And you have seen others order after you and get orders before you?

I'm very literate! Thats why I know that sometimes, on friday, only TN'S for saturday delivery go out friday night, the remainder - for regular overnight or 2nd day shipping go out on saturday or sunday. Thats why I ask what shipping you requested.

I also know that A has had problems with supplier's, and had made it right by people...myself included a couple months ago.

She isnt my beloved vendor, but I still say its too soon to sound the alarm that she is gone for good!

But hey, if you want to stress it, and dont want help - I can respect that!

Saturday delivery Fgirl. No tn, and no email response at all.

Have you been screwed over yet? I have. morepharmacy. So please don't question me. I do not want to sign on here and post. I come on this site only a few times a year. But recently I have because of all the problems we've all had. And the vendor who screwed me wasn't this one so I would rather not talk about that. I already have in that forum.

Im just saying. The email that I did receive from A did not sound like her. Thats all I know. It just didn't. And then no emails all day even though she always writes me back, always. And I have placed a shitload of Saturday deliveries too. I was a rookie a long time ago. Please spare me the, you only get a tracking number if you order the next day stuff.

I just want others to know to be cautious when I see something odd. Which I am seeing now.

If it changes, I will write about it here instantly.

 
Young, Thanks for being mature and fair in your response to me. Obviously I hope you are right. But I have a lot of money out there so I am worried. If I hear from THE A, soon, I will let dbg know and tell all how it goes. Until then Im waiting on what they do with my large order of a15s

I believe what youre saying. I know exactly what youre saying about the emails not sounding like her, I wrote about it on this thread earlier this year...but it didn't change the end result, which was still good service.

And yeah, I've lost lots of $ to scammers - most recently M from universal got me for $650. STILL pisses me off.

I was hoping you'd ordered regular next day and would get your TN in the morning, which is normal. If you ordered saturday, thats more of an issue right now, because youre right, TN'S are usually out by now. Hopefully someone else who ordered today wil come on and say whether or not they rec'd TN'S tonight.

I'm backing out of the conversation now - I truly wish you the best with this and I hope you get your package tomorrow and its a non issue.

I posted the above information 4 days ago on page 34 of this thread. I personally have not had any problems with my recent orders from CERT, but the times are a changing with this top notch vendor. While a late order or tracking number does not warrant an immediate "stop ordering bulletin", the sending of fake pills and lack of communication is troublesome.

As I sad 2 days ago, I received fake pills from "A", only half were fake, and she made up for it by sending a full order of real pills, same product, different brand, with free shipping. Received and everything was good. So I haven't had any problems. Her site was hacked, so I wouldn't use her website.

Thats the problem with typed comments, the writer knows he's chuckling and trying to lighten the moment, but the reader doesn't...so lumps taken and accepted!

I was really hoping dsound was expecting package monday or tuesday, in which case A said she sometimes leaves "early" on friday nights and finishes sending TN'S on the weekend....but for sat delivery, he should have had a TN by his post time.

Also, I know exactly what you mean about her emails not sounding like her...I wrote about it 20 some pages ago, but I just thought she had helpers with her order emails (which she says she doesn't?) and it didn't change her service, so I didn't much care.

I do know the real A is still around - we "chat" sometimes on weekends or at night and it is definitely her....but I'm the very first one to stand up and yell if an order isn't rec'd or is rec'd wrong...and so far shes made good with everyone, myself included, on "bad" orders....she can't be faulted for what goes in a package, only how she makes (or doesn't make) it right...that doesn't mean this site is gonna last forever...just like L from cancun...the best there was at the time, she burned out and left, and her helpers couldn't touch her service with a ten foot pole.

I was just trying to help, youre right, but I should have left the smart azz comments out of it! Believe me, I know the stress involved when you think you've lost $$...so again, dsound, I'm sorry for the lack of tact in my post last night! And if I can do anything to help, I will...

Well I wonder if this guy got his package. If not, I'll give "A" the benefit of the doubt and wait until Monday or Tuesday since she doesn't get on her email on the weekend.

 
This is the 3rd or 4th time I've hear about hacking vendors sites. Is it to grab CC info? Steal meds, mess with existing orders... I'd like an explanation. '

I just placed an order mid-week and received TN in timely fashion (same day)and delivery was on-time with payment made before standard cut-off time for overnight delivery. You will not receive emails on weekends but wait until Monday and try contacting again. I'm sure you can work it out with "A".

She is a reasonable person who I've dealt with for almost 2 years and have never had any significant issue with any of my orders. Every now and then I've had to wait and extra day or two due to human error (it happens, we're all human) but I always received what was ordered (or a similar med)

Also, I'm not absolutley positive, but as far as I know she doesn't process orders for delivery(pickup by UPS) on weekends either. So I'm a little confused about your ordering today. Did you check with WU/MG to see if the funds have be collected?

I do not quite understand what info hackers could gain from her website, other than taking control of the contact us page and answering emails that were sent using the website. Or am I missing something? Do people place orders on the website? Send CC Info through the website? I have placed 18-20 orders with them and have never even been to their website. Has anyone been given an excuse for an order being late or not sent because of the "hacking"? This vendor is really starting to worry me. I know there are a lot of people on here, including myself, that blow the horn loudly for Cert, but it is time to start paying close attention to what is going on with them.

 
I with you, topdog, I'm confused about what could happen with the website hacking too....as far as I know nothing happens with the website other than the contacts going thru....so I guess that someone could get the contact, reply with bogus receiver info and then pick up funds....but I think there would be lots of issues about scamming being posted if that was the case???

If anyone knows what happened with their website I'd love to understand it!

But "speak" slowly for me....I'm a techie know nothing!
