I just want the order that I paid for that's all I want, they came through for me every single time till now, I honestly don't know if it's just this one order but it's been past the reshipment time frame and I'm pretty much completely out of products.

I just my order from may this week but I hounded them and it came. Noticed they addressed it to eeu not USA but 1 finally got through. Keep at them they said they are shipping my other this week. Best of luck
 
Personally I don't think hounding them is the way to go, keep it friendly. Once they got your cash you might only stand to piss them off. I'm not saying walk on eggshells... nothing wrong with being firm, but emailing them everyday? lol. If you cant afford some loss or waiting maybe this isn't the way to go... its a roll of the dice every time, will you get a LL? Will it just disapear(order and store)? Is the quality going to be good? Adverage wait times...etc. Nature of the beast... Blacklist or not, I sill get all my orders and I will still order from here. One of the cheapest places around with the best quality. I dont mind being patient for that. GL All.

 
I finally got a response from them & they said that they are reshipping the 1st half of my missing order and it should be here either next week or the sometime the following week they told me that the only reason that they didnt RESHIP the whole order is because with all of the confusion with their site being down they can't be sure when they shipped the second half of my order but they told me if I don't receive any packages from the original order in the next 2 weeks that they will go ahead and RESHIP the second half of my missing order... They sound like they really want to get this straightened out but I think they got so back logged because of the site being down. Not saying they should be removed from the black list until we all receive these reshipments that they are promising us, but I'm hoping for the best for now I guess we will see what happens?

 
I also had a friend place a new order against my advice but I guess it's a good way to see if their shipping is back to normal delivery times if not it's his $ and I warned him, he's a grown man what else could I do to stop him hopefully he receives in full in a reasonable amount of time I will keep you guys posted as soon as he has any info for me.

 
FYI boardpa my mail box has been lonely for a long time too lol I'll keep everyone posted as normal.

 
This almost sounds like a ponzi scheme.. I bet the people who are placing new orders are actually paying for the "reships" that are just now making it to people who placed orders months ago.. Then you have a few people who are happy they finally received and post positive feedback at which point more people send money and then the people who fell for it finally get theirs and repeat.. Its just a theory but I think there is some merit to this.. Its kinda the only thing that explains their extremely long turn-around time. JMHO I've been telling people to avoid this place for months. What kind of deals do they offer you anything good or just the same old 15% off and free 60 tabs when you order the 300 count alplax if they are offering you a better deal please keep us informed or pm me if you would rather that? Thanks in advance!

 
Who knows what their pulling off over there and honestly I dont care as long as I receive my order that is missing in the next week or two and that my friend also receives his new order he just paid for in the normal shipping time and he receives it in whole maybe a few days apart but as long as he gets his and they reship the order they owe me they will be 100% with me & the other people i know that use them. Again of course this missing order screwed everything up for me but as long as I receive it in full by the 15th of sept Witch will be 2 full months I can love with that but any longer is just ridiculous their supposed to reship after 25 business days and it's been long past that so hopefully they will come through this week as it had already been too long to receive anything from them

 
Got an email stating they definitely reshipped last week. If things were or are "normal". I will have it within a week from today. I'll keep u posted

 
OK got an email conformation after asking about my order. But it wasn't the normal.... just said... its been reshipped check your spam folder.... nothing in my spam folder.. I asked them BC last week I got an email saying that my order was processing so I followed up only to get that short response. What strikes me as weird is that on the site under my account... it is completely blank. Anyone else experiencing anything similar

Not blank but only orders from years ago show up when I log in. Empty mailbox today again.
