Oh sooo true......Well, that puts you a solid decade + behind the Wookie, so nah, you're nowhere near Cougartown. Just a kitten yet!
Ah ha, I now understand completely where the "tri" portion of your username comes from! I love (mountain) biking, the other two, not so much :huh:All that said, I still hang with the 20-somethings in swimming. biking and running - in fact, most days, I put them to shame (if I can toot my own horn a bit /default_rolleyes.gif ). Of course I doubt they need the Rx relief I do after each day's training sessions!! HA!
I enjoy mountain biking as well.... I just need a 250cc engine on mine, lol. /default_tongue.pngAh ha, I now understand completely where the "tri" portion of your username comes from! I love (mountain) biking, the other two, not so much /default_huh.png
You go girl! We are about the same age it seems and it's great to hear about you putting them 20 something's to shame! I don't do much of what you have listed but have managed to keep fit with kickboxing through the years. Also it was deemed necessary to keep a former Mr. DP in line...lol..or should I say keep me alive...Old enough to know better, but still young enough to have fun.
Agree with FG - so happy my stupider days were slightly before the trend of documenting such things on the internet.

Closer to 40 than 45, but I still feel 17 - and I still wear the same size clothes I did when I was 17, so that must count for something, right?! /default_cool.png
Wise old Night Stalker, bet you have some stories you could share...😱Sorry to cut in, I'm actually 10 billion, 500 million, 645 thousand, 362 and a half, days old, lied in my profile. Been around awhile.

Exercise is VERY important! I truly does keep one young....i am 51 and folks always think I am in my mid thirties! I have tons of energy. I try and do everything.....except anything really hard on the knees. I dont have knee issues, but i am so afraid of them.Old enough to know better, but still young enough to have fun.
