I said I like the sound of it, not the meaning of the word, even though the English translation is more then a word.  There's a few other German words from the war that I can think of I like the sound off.  Can't spell them off the top of my head.

Some common words I am really fond of for some reason: solace, whisper, pyramid, shampoo; apparatus; theorem, opaque, autumn, patchouli.
