i got this from toptens @ lavabit address:

On Friday 19/July, our host company, Anonymous Speech, did a DNS change as

they do from time to time for security reasons, and while propagating, the

domain registrar who subscribes to legitscrip.com, identified us as non

legitimate as we supply Rx meds without prescription and has therefore

blocked our domain from propagating on the internet.

We are therefore currently busy registering a new domain name that does

not include the word 'meds' and should be back up within 24 hours.

If you could get this message out on whatever forums you belong to, that

would be most helpful.

Regards, Tom
When did you get this message by the way, today? I'd PM but don't think you are able yet.

Just got a visit from the police, my order from top 10 was intercepted and I was told not to order again as it would be classed as importing a class c drug /default_sad.png

also got the email from top 10

That's not cool! Can you tell us the ship date and what country you're in?

the ship date was the 5th july, Im in the UK. No its not cool, but something we all have risk, with the nature of this world, so onwards and upwards

Well put mutare, and nice job keeping a negative situation in its proper perspective. A great example for all.

I've been told by a vendor that UK has just about the most difficult customs to get thru........

Anybody know if this is true?

Hi, everybody!

WTH?  I take a short vacation and TT gone when I return?  That's not cool at all.

I was due to place an order with them this week.

Will be hoping we see them pop back up under a different name/domain.

Soon.

Yes, conventional wisdom holds this to be true.

Just to add, I got the same email today too.  Good news!

got the ttm letter aswell back up in 24hr hopefully good

@mutare no way exactly wat they did to me the dirty scum

Not to piss on any parades or anything... but as an example, J from SL kept saying he was coming back and in the end was just gone.  Only difference I see here in my jaded view is people are receiving TT orders still, which is of course a good sign.  But I would not do the happy dance until you actually see them back up online, you are able to place orders and you receive them.  One never knows.... (sorry to be semi-negative, but I think we've all seen promises turn into false hope in this game).  I truly hope the email they sent out comes to fruition.  S-

I too received the email but I don;t appreciate them not BCCing the email addresses. Glad I was using a throw away account. That was NOT COOL. For what it's worth. I received an order today, from before they went offline, in the South. I deleted the original shipping notices but the timeframe was the standard 10 days as I recall.

So someone else who told a similar story appears to have been honest. On this side of the pond we don't get such "nice" (sarcastic) knocks and many found it unbelievable. Glad I wasn't one, thanks for sharing.

I just got the TT email, along with a LOT of "CC:" addresses. lol, anyone know a spam service looking to buy addresses?

Someone should clue them in about bcc when they get back on-line with new way to contact them.

I've seen people go flippin' apesh*t online because mass political emails had been sent or emails mass forwarded w/o deleting their info.  Get site in uproar, get people cutoff from info or someone start sending you emails, etc......never a good thing from it.

Data Miner Heaven.

Real security breach to allow us to see so many others' information.

And that, my friends, is why people benefit from multiple email accounts for various purposes.

Because there are many clueless or careless people in the world.

Hi.  As I have said before, I have not used this vendor and this too may be a day late $ short but IF they actually come back online, IMHO it would be wise to strongly consider changing your email address with them and if you're using like Comcast, gmail, yahoo, etc., switch to use a better, more secure provider.  If there is just one UC LE on that CC list, a lot of folks have been potentially compromised.  Actually, it would make sense to change your email or get rid of the one you use with them regardless of if / when they come back online.  I do not think there is a need to panic, microwave your hard drives, put your smart phone through the wood chipper or anything, but it honestly might make sense to change your email if / when they come back online.  And agree 100% with Denise above; shout it out loud to them that using cc to inform their customer base was a MAJOR security breach on their end.  It is indeed wise to have different emails for your different vendors.  From what I have read on the thread here, that was another very disappointing development on their part.   Just my opinion folks.  Have a nice afternoon. 5. CalFresh @ CalFresh: Thanks everyone. My family and I are safe ATM. @mellowella thank you, but they cleaned me out. the shelves are empty but I'm hoping to call in some favors to restock ASAP. @xenxra I will reach out to set up a secure comms channel for us. Thanks again all. Yesterday was tough, but the support I've received from those I can share is with has been a Godsend.
  6. tiquanunderwood @ tiquanunderwood: Mad love to you and your family @CalFresh
  7. xenxra @ xenxra: @CalFresh if you are able to DM me (in a secure manner) the transactions associated with your btc theft, i can look into that part for you at least. i;m still 99% certain if the fbi didn't discard my leads they could have gotten some of my coins back and considering you had your coins stolen within the us, you have a much better chance of recovery than me. unless they went through mixers i could probably trace them myself.
  8. O @ Outsider9173: @CalFresh Haven't been here long but I want to wish you a fast recovery
  9. crimp @ crimp: neck spine surgery 8 ribs broke and scalp split onen about 6 inches

  13. mellowella @ mellowella: I will always remember what you did for me the very first time I donated. I have been waiting to pay that kindness forward.
  14. mellowella @ mellowella: @CalFresh are you and your family safe? You’ve helped me in a pinch and were more than generous, and I’m sure you’ve helped others. How can we help you? Does it help at all if we completely buy out what’s left? Maybe that gives time and funds to restock and rebuild? I don’t want to break any rules here, but please let us know if we can do anything. All on your time of course.
  15. CalFresh @ CalFresh: thanks guys. I'm pulling together what I have left and leaning on the kindness of folks who support me to restock my shelves so that I can keep the lights on. Having my savings drained and my security vanish in an instant is paralyzing and the repercussions will only be realized in the coming days and weeks. for now I'm just trying to stay focused on the immediate priorities for ensuring this doesn't. cause cataclysmic failure to the life I've built for my children and I.
  16. H @ hotdog45: @CalFresh hey man if I can do anything, anything at all to help you get back on your feet let me know. Truly my heart goes out to you. I sent you an email also
  17. G @ gfunkster: @CalFresh im really sorry to hear that. But remember karma is real my man. They just fd their karma for a long time.
