The wisdom in DGSB's post should be obvious, but just for the record, I fully support this recommendation and guidance, and give it the official Jewbacca Seal of Approval, including the "do not panic" part. Change your email, close and delete your old account, and use this opportunity to consider selecting a more secure provider.Hi. As I have said before, I have not used this vendor and this too may be a day late $ short but IF they actually come back online, IMHO it would be wise to strongly consider changing your email address with them and if you're using like Comcast, gmail, yahoo, etc., switch to use a better, more secure provider. If there is just one UC LE on that CC list, a lot of folks have been potentially compromised. Actually, it would make sense to change your email or get rid of the one you use with them regardless of if / when they come back online. I do not think there is a need to panic, microwave your hard drives, put your smart phone through the wood chipper or anything, but it honestly might make sense to change your email if / when they come back online. And agree 100% with Denise above; shout it out loud to them that using cc to inform their customer base was a MAJOR security breach on their end. It is indeed wise to have different emails for your different vendors. From what I have read on the thread here, that was another very disappointing development on their part. Just my opinion folks. Have a nice afternoon. S-
Carry on.....
