Hi. As I have said before, I have not used this vendor and this too may be a day late $ short but IF they actually come back online, IMHO it would be wise to strongly consider changing your email address with them and if you're using like Comcast, gmail, yahoo, etc., switch to use a better, more secure provider. If there is just one UC LE on that CC list, a lot of folks have been potentially compromised. Actually, it would make sense to change your email or get rid of the one you use with them regardless of if / when they come back online. I do not think there is a need to panic, microwave your hard drives, put your smart phone through the wood chipper or anything, but it honestly might make sense to change your email if / when they come back online. And agree 100% with Denise above; shout it out loud to them that using cc to inform their customer base was a MAJOR security breach on their end. It is indeed wise to have different emails for your different vendors. From what I have read on the thread here, that was another very disappointing development on their part. Just my opinion folks. Have a nice afternoon. S-
The wisdom in DGSB's post should be obvious, but just for the record, I fully support this recommendation and guidance, and give it the official Jewbacca Seal of Approval, including the "do not panic" part. Change your email, close and delete your old account, and use this opportunity to consider selecting a more secure provider.
Carry on.....

I also received an email forwarded by someone I do not know, email forwarded was from topten lavabit with half the world's email on the cc list about domain change, great.... So much for any assumption about discretion.
While this is certainly an unsettling event, all I can add is that I hope to God their Lavabit account is configured as an IMAP and not a POP3. I'm also a bit curious as to why an enterprise in their jurisdiction would choose Lavabit, a US domiciled company subject to US legal jurisdiction, when there are ample service providers in more privacy friendly jurisdictions. I probably shouldn't be encouraging conjecture, but it's certainly a curiosity from my point of view as someone who makes IT decisions on the part of an enterprise with interests in various countries around the world.

Just checked the headers, the authenticated user/sender's originating IP is in 'Asia'. Just a heads up.

Yeah.. is's really fucked up. Seriously. I took one email addy, for testing, and was able to ID one person just within a few clicks.

Somebody has already the new domain address from TTM?
I did not get any email from Tom, only from anonymousspeech...

I didn't get this so called spam email

I had 3 orders open.

1 shipped, 13 july (email confirmation)

Communication from 19 july email quote

The comments for your order are: Your order has been mailed out to you in
two parts as follows:

19 July 2013: <1x legal health suppliment 5-htp capsules> (same day as email)

22 July 2013:: <3x legal health suppliment 5-htp sample order> (although contact was on 19 july)

Yet to receive anything.

Just got a visit from the police, my order from top 10 was intercepted and I was told not to order again as it would be classed as importing a class c drug /default_sad.png
This shit doe not happen in the U.S.....if u get a knock ur getting cuffed and booked!  It ha a lot to do if u live in a very small town or a big city.....if customs contact the Chicago police they would laugh....now a small town like Sugar Creek Alabama u may get attention...but very unlikely! The UK police must not have a lot to do????????

can someone search the CC list for my username here? in part, or xstaticweb dot com, i care not if the domain registrant is identified online

Hey folks - I would highly recommend people stop "replying all" unless you want the world to also know your IP as well. The last one who did was IP@comcast.net.

  5. CalFresh @ CalFresh: Thanks everyone. My family and I are safe ATM. @mellowella thank you, but they cleaned me out. the shelves are empty but I'm hoping to call in some favors to restock ASAP. @xenxra I will reach out to set up a secure comms channel for us. Thanks again all. Yesterday was tough, but the support I've received from those I can share is with has been a Godsend.
  6. tiquanunderwood @ tiquanunderwood: Mad love to you and your family @CalFresh
  7. xenxra @ xenxra: @CalFresh if you are able to DM me (in a secure manner) the transactions associated with your btc theft, i can look into that part for you at least. i;m still 99% certain if the fbi didn't discard my leads they could have gotten some of my coins back and considering you had your coins stolen within the us, you have a much better chance of recovery than me. unless they went through mixers i could probably trace them myself.
  8. O @ Outsider9173: @CalFresh Haven't been here long but I want to wish you a fast recovery
  9. crimp @ crimp: neck spine surgery 8 ribs broke and scalp split onen about 6 inches

  13. mellowella @ mellowella: I will always remember what you did for me the very first time I donated. I have been waiting to pay that kindness forward.
  14. mellowella @ mellowella: @CalFresh are you and your family safe? You’ve helped me in a pinch and were more than generous, and I’m sure you’ve helped others. How can we help you? Does it help at all if we completely buy out what’s left? Maybe that gives time and funds to restock and rebuild? I don’t want to break any rules here, but please let us know if we can do anything. All on your time of course.
  15. CalFresh @ CalFresh: thanks guys. I'm pulling together what I have left and leaning on the kindness of folks who support me to restock my shelves so that I can keep the lights on. Having my savings drained and my security vanish in an instant is paralyzing and the repercussions will only be realized in the coming days and weeks. for now I'm just trying to stay focused on the immediate priorities for ensuring this doesn't. cause cataclysmic failure to the life I've built for my children and I.
  16. H @ hotdog45: @CalFresh hey man if I can do anything, anything at all to help you get back on your feet let me know. Truly my heart goes out to you. I sent you an email also
  17. G @ gfunkster: @CalFresh im really sorry to hear that. But remember karma is real my man. They just fd their karma for a long time.

  19. 0 @ 0osten: @CalFresh wow man.....I'm glad you're safe. Keep us updated, prayers for you bro
  20. CalFresh @ CalFresh: everyone here is safe. I was here alone.
