Yeah!  My 9/29 (1st half) package arrived today!  Maybe second half (mailed 9/30) will come tomorrow... /default_blink.png This was the most important half, though, so life is good. /default_biggrin.png

Seen a lot of 29s come in but no 25s . Hopefully they come this week

Ordered 9/17

Shipped 9/25

Latest reports about the SA PO, not encouraging (check Google News)

Today 10/21;  No Mas, throwing in the towel and moving on  /default_angry.png

I have a weird feeling that the 9/25 and 10/1 ship dates got seized, as those were both days that probably had a heavy accumulation of packages.  I am moving on as well.  If I do receive,  I will eat my words.

No haven't heard of any seizure, however I have a letter mailed 9/29 and I have seen only one 9/29 letter reaching its destination. Do you mind where I ask you are getting this info? Looked all over ttm forum that's where I saw the single lucky recipient. Thank if you provide me with a place to verify that indeed more the one 9/29 made it.

Your friend,

APohio

Ok I see 1 on here also

I'm in the 9/25 club too  /default_sad.png My hopes are still high that they will arrive but they are starting to dwindle. I might just hit up J and be done with it, if they who they show if they don't then oh well.

At least im stocked up enough that i don't have to worry about it... i feel for you all that are having to ration your supplies.

I'm another 9/29er but I'm not ready to give up hope yet. Given the situation with the post, I don't really expect it for maybe another week but you can bet I am at my mailbox everyday as soon as the mailman leaves my street!

Order 2

Mailed: 10/10

Rec'd 10/21

All in rural SE US.

Hey everyone, I was looking to order, but am conflicted on whether I should get insurance or not. Order won't be too big, around $100, but do packages from this vendor get seized a lot? I'm in Northeast of US, if that matters.

Thanks in advance,

bj

I was gonna say the same thing but u beat me to it. Lets not clog the threads with useless posts. It just makes it hard for people to get the correct information from the thread. Strikes come and go, things get delayed. It is thenature of the beast. Of COURSE if you are addicted to something you should try and have backups. Not everyonecan and believe me, WE GET IT.

sounds like to me it's getting just a tad bit better.

ding!!

I've pretty much written off my 09/23 one now. Doesn't seem likely that's gonna turn up with US orders coming in (we usually get them a few days faster this side of the pond, so not looking good).

Placed another mailed 10/15, so I can only hope I have better luck with that one.

I personally wouldnt give up hope on it ... you have to think about the strike. If there was a big strike mail was piled up and piled up. They are probably getting them out the best they can with the staff they have... It wouldnt hurt to find another vendor and get what you need on the way but personally i wouldnt give up hope just yet. I am in rural SE us and am in the 9/25 club and still waiting. Keep the Faith!!! /default_smile.png

Small order 10/4

Shipped 10/6

Still waiting.

All 12 previous letters arrived in 8-10 days and I was more than pleased with product. I'm more than willing to wait it out.

I have managed to make sure I'm covered in case the orders don't show (least for a few weeks at any rate) but I'm kinda done fretting over the 09/23 one. Putting that one out of mind and maybe being pleasantly surprised later on would make my day of course, but for the moment I think I'm just better off forgetting about that one and keep my hope on the 10/15 order managing to get here.

Ordered and Mailed 10/8/14

Received 10/22/14

My order came much faster than I was expecting under the circumstances. Hopefully everyone who is still waiting on orders will receive them soon. And to those people who have ordered recently, there is a possibility of a fairly quick delivery time. Good luck!

  7. xenxra @ xenxra: i'm surprised none of the CA-US shops have a notice up about it
  8. Alkazar @ Alkazar: It is really annoying\
  9. Alkazar @ Alkazar: Technically they were forced back to work the last time they went on strike in 2024, so this is the same strike for the same reasons in 2025.
  10. Alkazar @ Alkazar: I dont know how to direct reply to people on here. But the Canada Post strike will affect any mail coming from the US. It will be held at a facility until the striek is over. Mail that is being sent from CAD to the US will just not be picked up. It all has to be private delivery services now.
  11. Z @ zdaBa: Happy Saturday, love you all <3

  15. xenxra @ xenxra: @LW815 from my experience, CP strikes usually tend to leave the snails alone
  16. xenxra @ xenxra: I hardly knew her!
  17. C @ Callmejonah: methadone
  18. LW815 @ LW815: @Alkazar would that effect snail mail arriving to the US from CA in any impactful way?
  19. CnC5 @ CnC5: @Alkazar wow again? Smh!
