good news!  received today 7/22 shipped: 7/12 /default_smile.png

so the mail and the order processing is still working so it seems despite the site going dark as long as you received a MAILED email then your golden barring any unfortunate outside factions. 

i have however maybe some pertinent information regarding the site's falling down.  on another forum (this topic has been much debated) a few people apparently obtained an email from TTMO (i guess i am not so special) saying that the site was indeed updated or was going through a DNS server switch, and through some investigating or some trivial policies have revealed that the site is an illegitimate vendor selling prescription meds without prescriptions and terminated their rights/contract and domain, whatever, pending further... the owner mentioned starting up another website and could be in the works, up and running in 24 hours, which to me seems a little hasty...  and the name would be the same but without the "meds" in URL.  from what i have read and extrapolated from previous postings, an update or server switch flipped an alarm and caused irreparable damages.  yet a simple domain change or server switch can be quite demanding and time consuming and could take days, even weeks...

sure hope they get their stuff back up and going on the net unfettered with a new domain/website...

On Friday 19/July, our host company, Anonymous Speech, did a DNS change as
they do from time to time for security reasons, and while propagating, the
domain registrar who subscribes to legitscrip.com, identified us as non
legitimate as we supply Rx meds without prescription and has therefore
blocked our domain from propagating on the internet.

We are therefore currently busy registering a new domain name that does
not include the word 'meds' and should be back up within 24 hours.

If you could get this message out on whatever forums you belong to, that
would be most helpful.

I switched host server/domain a year ago on my site and it was painful - sales rep misinformed me host fully supported my software but it didn't - required adjustments beyond me.  Had to pay SMF specialist to come in & make adjustments, get my site to function properly on that server - server's support people didn't even know how!

(I was pretty far into the process going by online manual/looking up terms (LOL) one step at a time for 2 days, so I felt pretty good about what I did accomplish, since I'm computer-challenged.  Expert came in, tweaked, zipped, all that other tech stuff) 

It took more than 1-2 days to just switch servers - I'd say operating ok by end of week.  I was pretty po'd site sales rep said it supported SMF software -  it kinda does, but not normally or efficiently.

I don't have access to many of things I went to that server for, so I'll be moving again next summer.  Not looking forward to it! But I survived first time & tech said I almost had it, would have if different server, friendly to SMF.  That boosted my confidence to try it again next year with SMF tech backup if I need.  It's like a 1st grader doing calculus as far as I'm concerned.

Point being - I agree with poster above that it may be longer than 1-2 days to 'sort things out'.  To do it right and have proper or more? security so they don't show up as underground.

Wonder if their bank account involved or compromised by domain action?  If so, they have to change financial account, TT used cc, and may take more time to hook up with VISA etc after change name/server host?

I haven't seen anyone mention if TT might have to change bank accounts, etc after identified as selling meds w/o script.

Think they will?  

Even if takes a while, if TT just makes it back - their customers will be waiting (sounds like processing/shipping part not affected)

They did deliver meds you ordered? - but they just had a letter with the package?

Would you PM me about the security letter and its contents, if you are comfortable with that?

As soon as they are up and running again (don't want to use if), they will be swamped.  I read previously about the possible issues they may face aside from hosting problems, and the nature of the site itself. All the legal beagle crap could cause problems.  I know this is a public forum, so I don't want to say anything else. I know that changing hosting services and migrating data is just a pain in the ass.

A couple places over the years that shipped quality products from that area, where one used a re-mailer, which worked great, before Big Brother got an overdose of steroids.

I appreciate his time and effort, but this is not new ground being covered. There have been extensive discussions of this vendor's domain situation over the past week, including the "locked" status with their domain registrar.
