Guys, my order too was mailed out on the 19th of August; I was hoping to receive it yesterday (Sat 8/31), which would've been 12 days, but I walked out to an empty mailbox... yet again. Tuesday (9/3) will be 14 total days (not counting Labor Day) of waiting, and I'm getting a little worried, especially since it's my first order from TTM and the order was a bit on expensive side. I'm very happy to read from some of the members here and on the TTM forum who also had their orders mailed on the 19th that they finally received their packages. There was obviously some delay for the 8/19 mailings. I know Denise and harrymurphy received their 8/19 packages on Saturday; what about Frank White and Singularity? Anything yet? Do you think there's a good chance I'll receive my package on Tuesday? I'm in Southeast USA.
Another question: what exactly accounts for certain packages taking twice as long as others? Do they get tossed in some wayward mail bin in a sorting facility and forgotten about or something? Are they flagged by customs and inspected for a longer time than other packages? I don't understand how two packages shipped to the same locale in the world on any given day can arrive as far as two weeks apart from each other. I recently received a package from Thailand (CR), and it took 10 days to get to me. Then again, it was registered mail. Does USPS treat registered letters with more attention/promptness than non-registered international mail?

Somtimes its 5 days sometimes its 20. I think its all about luck. I live in a location that seems to usually get to me in about 6-8 days.
However my last order took 15. That is twice the normal time so take that how you will.
