I'm very sorry to hear of your problem with these folks. Many people on here have ordered and received from them dozens or more times with no problems. I, myself have ordered and received three times. All on time and accounted for with correct charges to my card. Do you know what state your order was seized in? I assume it was seized at a customs check point? Do you mind me asking how much money we are talking about here? I will certainly understand if you don't care to respond to that question as it is certainly "none of my business", but was just wondering.
The only time I have read on here about people receiving "replacement" products from these people due to shortages, etc., is when they place a follow up order and include a note on the order form about the shortage and/or missing product(s). You are the very first person I have ever heard about having a order seized from them and the company claims to have shipped over a half million orders with no seizures. If there are others out there that have had orders seized from this company, please give us all a heads up and chime in on this conversation as that would be something we all need to know.
I understand you not wanting to just "let this one go", but remember there is usually three sides to every story....... Your side, my side, and the RIGHT side. Most all of us have received LL's at one time or another and most companies I deal with I order with the understanding that I'm ordering at my own risk and I never risk the money if I can't afford to loose it. What else can you do besides letting it go? Did you contact your card company about a chargeback? And like all of us, I assume you don't have a valid prescription that you can send to customs in order for them to release your package? I just don't know what to suggest that may help you. I know you are upset and I understand that, but if you try to contact other LE or FedEx here in the States about your issue or to report the company that will just bring unwanted attention to yourself and all of us.
Please keep us all informed on how things turn out for you on this. I certainly hope this ends well for you.
