Khemwizard legitimacy?

Loved Gulf Coast, I think what got folks into trouble was when they started pressing pills, I know with DCS once he bought a pill press not licensed, they got him. Nothing these other folks sold or selling is illegal.
 
I made a new order yesterday, priority showing the label has been made. As I said give these guys a chance, I will report back here soon.
 
UPDATE: Ok, I am still waiting for the track to update, I reached out to the guy and he responded back in a courteous way letting me know he might have a shipping issue, again. At the moment, I won't panic, after all he did eventually come through the last time. I know some folks who are attentively watching this site, because they want to order in bulk and don't want to be taken. I still think this ol guy is legit, I just think shipping issues are plaguing him, we will see. I will update yet again tomorrow if the track updates, I sincerely do, because I know many of you want a fast same day shipper and more importantly, a reliable one. Stay tuned....

Back-read a few pages and folks have been giving him a chance, just to hear radio-silence and no mags in 2-3 weeks.

GCC/Prox never pressed any pills. Read the indictment. You can say that what they were selling "wasn't illegal" but the federal government disagrees with you. They use the analog act as they see fit and you might be able to beat them, it's going to cost you HUNDREDS of thousands of dollars and years of your life...best of luck

Has ANYONE else made any new orders? and if so, when? I made one last Tuesday and still waiting to hear something, I will post back when I do. I am perplexed as to the why of all this, he made good on the last order but this new one, same scenario....

If I was you I would've thanked my lucky stars you got your first one and then found a different vendor that has a consistently positive reputation. Reading this thread should hopefully dissuade most people from ordering. Dang you were talking about taking them to the fraud department, how'd you switch up?

I wish I had a GD different vendor. As for my attitude before, its about context, that being I never had an order, I got that order. But, here I am again, and this is the last time I deal with this. The guy told me he has the same issues as before, so I gave him the benefit of the doupt since he did make good on the last one. But, this time it seems, I've might have been taken....I will report back with what happens, I wish i could get the site of a decent one, that one site someone mentioned a few msgs back, he is WAY to high. So hence my wanting this vendor to work out, sigh.
 
Addendum: Yes I was upset and yes I can seek absolute remedies and I will. I hate to think that I was a victim of a scam where they send the small order then take you on the others, forgot what its called but still its fraud. Luckily, I didn't make a much larger order but GD this is getting old. Is there anyone else whom has been done this a second time believing he was legit?
 
UPDATE: The order has been sent and tracking shows. The guy I believe is legit, it's just going to take sometime to work out the issue with his partner. Two orders made, two orders shipped. Granted I had to be left wondering WTF, but this vendor I believe is legit and having shipping / partner issues. He has assured me that he is working to get these resolved and I believe him. He seems like a legit guy, intelligent and wanted to make this site work for him, but issues came along. I will make another order soon and post here.
 
Khem came through. The situation was pretty bad and we’ll see how it improves, but I believe they’re worth giving another shot.

Agreed! He seems like a together and sincere seller having issues. If it was a scammer we would not have got anything period so yah I will use him again.

I just ordered on 17th and tracking was given but no movement,he said some did not show movement and mine was on of them,well it's Sunday the 22nd and nothing, however he said he will reship Monday yeah I'll hold my breath.
So I will let everyone know if he resends the order or not, so I know riftchems is new they sent samples and look pretty good from what I've seen just FYI.

so what's the deal with this guy? one person (supposedly) had a sub land in the last like 6 weeks?
he hasn't changed stock on anything on the website in like 2 months.
 
People said he was ripping people off. I had a subscription pending at the time. I couldn't get ahold of him ever again but the relatively small mag did land so I don't know what's doing on with him. He technically did right but the going black spooks people.

Just so you know I placed an order Monday of last week and he said it must have been a shipping problem I'll send it out again Monday which was yesterday and I said no I'd rather have a refund and he did not refund me he shut off all his contacts on the website and I don't know if I'm going to get a package or not but I would stay far away from him don't order he is a scammer

I think it was pretty weak though. Something like 200 mg per liter of wine. Enough to maybe give you a little push but unless you could pound some serious alcohol, it’d be hard to really feel the effects before the ethyl knocked you down on the ground. It was an interesting time period. Laudanum was a “hysterical” woman’s best friend.
