MG has closed my account as well. In hindsight, I was mostly to blame.
They asked if I knew the person - "Of, course"
What is the money for - "Software" (it just flew right out of my mouth) The lady disappeared for a few minutes then returned and said a 'security flag' was on my account and they would not process the transaction.
Months later -- same. I'm still pondering alternative options and hope some vendors embrace digital currency...carrier pigeon...or....?
I'd say -- Think over you answers, go in person, the worst thing that could happen is they tell you no.
