The last batch I had (1-2 months ago) didn't give me any headaches.. I think they are legitimate. But there is definitely something weird about the way they press the cerevit / the color of the tablets. (Compared to the footballs, that is, which look and work consistently top-notch).

Lol, I've got light blue, dark blue, etc. Some cerevit are almost white actually -- those ones break in half the easiest. Now, I don't mind getting tablets made from different "batches", if that explains why all the tablets look strange. But hopefully it's not one of those "throw in some fakes with the real ones" scheme. NOTE I'm not suggesting Palmira does this; I'm just curious as to why no 2 cerevit look identical /default_rolleyes.gif Especially because I don't order large quantities.

..As for quality, I'll have a better idea in a week or 2. Rome wasn't built in a day /default_biggrin.png
I good way to see if there are fakes thrown in, is if you have a digital scale, they should all weigh exactly the same

Not one tablet was different from the other, and as I said they are all marked and look professional. If you get different shades of blue on what is supposed to be the same brand I would be a skeptic as to whether or not they are the real deal.

Having said that, I was wondering if anyone has been able to contact this vendor. I've been getting an email almost every other day from them, saying they have the Diaz on sale, and at the bottom of the email is their web link in huge letters as well as Cust Service, and it says any questions please email Cust Service we get back to you within 24 hours. I've tried a dozen times to use that email address and as soon as I send it , it comes back in 10 seconds saying it can't be delivered because there is no such account listed on xxxxxxx.com . So I'm wondering whats up? Earlier this year I emailed them and got replies back within hours .... I'd like to place another order but not if I can't contact them first...

Those blues are the ones I got... the individual tablets definitely do not all look the same.. they vary noticeably in color, and maybe density? The light ones break apart much easier. Also, it looks like they used a broken waffle-maker to press some of these LOL.

I know Palmira offers two kinds of this product, one costs more... maybe this is what you get for ordering the cheaper option. Edit: I don't doubt the product is legitimate; my guess is they might just be messing with different batches. They are produced there, after all.

Was a post on topix(my link to it no longer works), issued out of SF California,in which poster put Palmira link up and said she caught her daughter and friends ordering alternative health products from them via Fed Ex and had notified Fed Ex. She urged another poster to do so as well, and they both commiserated that, thus far (Dec.12), Fed Ex had done nothing. Could not tell which YEAR this was a post for.

I just ordered some vitamins from them. Got a Fed Ex TN, but FED EX does not show it. I'm keeping my fingers crossed. Sandrine

Oh, also, it appears the fast turn around due to an affiliate online store closer to home. I'm a newbie. What do I know?

 
Hello ev1...been following all the threads on this for couple days...I did place an order (MCs) Then felt like kicking myself LOL! I could not reply to anything though as I just registered yesterday! Anyhow- order placed very early wed. morn..545am..got tracking that afternoon along with confirmation @ same time. Nothing at all changed on the ship site- no. not found. /default_sad.png

See late this afternoon that changed to, "in transit" but "exception", and is still out there...in details shipper says picked up after cut off

/default_sad.png est del. 1/16 ..I am guessing it is now STUCK sitting there until Monday? Going to be hell of a long few days here /default_sad.png

Wanted to thank all who have had input on this particular place!..I will repost when and if it does arrive, also what my thoughts are on it.

 
Ended that wrong! Meant to say: Thought I was DOOMED for this stuff except the small bit I get here and there...use to order on the side also once/ mo. Until we could no longer do that! So..THANK YOU to those who have pointed me in the (hopfully) right diection! /default_wink.png

Yes I got the same email. But the prices are still different for "brand" vs "generic" and I've never seen a difference in the two as far as manufacturer, etc. However, their CS, at least to me is still non-existent. Yes you will get the auto-confirmation and a courier tracking# but s far as a reply to a specific question or problem, I haven't had one since like late November. I still have two shorted orders they have not addressed with no comunication from them after quite a few emails. So I don't know what these guys are up to right now.

I have gotten about 15 emails from them in the past week. The codes are gone, and shipping has been reduced  quite a bit and the web page has been changed as far as how products are listed.  I don't see any brand names, only description, and prices and no photos.   They have really been promoting their site, and pricing in the emails but  no matter how many times I  try to email and ask a question  I get no replies. 

They have a great price on the Diazepam but no photos, and no brand name so I'm not sure if I want to order or not.  I have been using the Betapam and Pax brands I get from Top10  which are very good but wouldn't mind trying the Diaz 5mg 500 tablets at the price they have but I need a brand name on them or a photo at least so I know what I'm getting. 

I see many positive reviews on other forums, and people are getting the meds from these guys but it just puzzles me if you order from them why they don't reply to your emails...   .

I don't know what is going on with Palmira lately but I've made another order to see if things gotten better but no luck. I use to purchase from them for many years and always got a fast order confirmation as soon as i placed it but now i get nothing. No order confirmation or "thanks you for your order" bla bla bla. You cant get in-touch with them in either the site "contact us" or the emails go un- answered. Maria use to always reply and fix problems now it it seems like its not running good anymore. Its funny because they just filled my email up with like 23 emails saying

Good pricing and the  Codes are gone.  They email an updated list,  and  shipping was reduced. 

So for all who thought they were not doing business they are and the prices are very good....

I will place another order in a few weeks....

Well after a really mean email, i sent cussing and saying how I am gonna forum there bad business.  Maria asked me for proof of my purchase, sent it to her and got this reply " Don't worry dear friend we will try to figure things out " I hope that means I'm finally gonna get what I paid for. Damn 3 months is a long time to be holding on. Moments like this they should give you gifts to keep you happy

I agree SS something seems sketchy with Pal as of late. I hope for the best because they were good but now I don't know.

We've been around long enough to have seen the process of an IOP dropping off the scene. A common thread is advertise like hell, get as many orders paid for as possible then vamous. However in this case since they only take CC most people could probably get a chargeback. I suggest everyone ordering that if they do not get their order within 4-5 days to email them at the .es address and indicate to them that they are going to be forced to do a chargeback due to false advertising about their shipping times. Most people are now getting orders in 7 to 11 days not 2-4.

Having said that, I currently have an order in. It's been 5 business days since ordering (7 total) and it still is not in the couriers system. So after blasting and "threatening" them I received 3 emails back. In summary, they (maybe Maria) are saying that the delay is due to the courier. The courier will not scan the packages they have already picked up until they are ready to actually fly them out. The time they will fly out is based on how many packages they have and are waiting until they have a full load before flying off to either central hub or down south,south. This is not how they operated in the past. Courier would generally fly out every Tues. and Thurs. whether full or not.

So, i don't really know if they are about to go under or not but their shipping right  now is based on the couriers desire to save money (i.e. more profit) by waiting until they have a full load even if it takes a week or more. By not scanning when they receive a package, it "appears" as if they are still transporting in the fast, dependable reputation they have. That's my theory on the shipping right now. I'll let you know when I receive but I will do a chargeback if my order is not on a plane heading north by Friday evening.

And damn, I ran out of footballs and am a little bit ansy and frustrated with them. Think I'll try some other IOP's that are less expensive and most receive in 7-10 days any how!!!!
