Already did open an investigation, tough to do it when you fully realize that the products are not legitimate. Thats just common sense. I'll stop complaining, was just venting, will go away. My God, I thought I could just vent my feelings in the open and how he treated me as a new customer. I didn't post his emails here because I didn't want to inflame people but I messaged all the mods and they agreed it was inappropriate. Sorry for just being honest. In the future I'll shut my damn trap. I have been nothing but respectful, honest, and open on here since I began. Thought I could get across a negative experience without being berated. My thought was I would get sympathy, another mistake I made. Quite obvious I'm a newbie. I'll lay back and just observe from now on, I don't know what I can and can't say anymore.
I don't think that stating what happened and venting a little is the problem. It's doing it again and again that gets tiring for all of us. No one is berating you. Just stating the fact that none of us can do anything for you. It's in paypal, your banks, and your hands to work out at this point. Good luck getting your money back. Paypal or your bank can't prove that it wasn't for legitimate products so I definitely wouldn't just let that amount of money disappear into limbo.

 
You're misreading my message man. Let me clarify. $500 is a lot of money, if I lost it, I'd be pissed, as you are. But you said yourself you should have checked with him first before sending the money. That doesn't excuse what was said, but to get the money back would be my personal goal, rather than trying to vent on the forum. In my experience when a vendor has made a mistake or I'm waiting on a re-ship, rather than inflaming the situation, I usually try to work with them so I get my desired end result. I've been purchasing from IOP's or a little over 2 years, and we've ALL had an issue where a shipment is seized by customs, wrong order, delays, etc. Easiest way to get what you want, especially as you said "in this not so legit world", is to work with, rather than against. Same energy being used on here, could be done in a more productive manner to get your money back. That is what I meant. Sorry if you took it the wrong way.
After consulting with my mentor, all I will say is it is my fault for misreading things and I will follow up with the necessary parties to try to retrieve my money.  My point was not to trash ploop, it was just the method of communication.  I will post an outcome if that is ok.  I have nothing against you gdx, I just got caught up in the piss poor mood of the moment, sorry if I came off as rude.

I know this vendor. Although some timing may be bad his PP account is completely frozen. He has no way of getting yours or any money out of it. Unless your pride keeps you from trying - get in touch with PP and your CC company, tell them it was for a friend or something (not to purchase anything) and find out how to get your money back. Damn 5 bill takes care of my med need for 6 weeks!!!! If you don't want to try, PM me the info and I'll try  for you for %40 of the 5 bills if successul. Just trying to help.

What is considered a "small order" is relative obviously.  But for me, I would never place an order worth 500 clams with a vendor who was new to me.  I wouldn't really care how much positive feedback they had.  Just my own policy but I always start with a small or minimum order when it comes to a new vendor and don't put out more than I can afford to lose.

I feel for you NY, I've been ripped off before.  But if you do your research, most of the time you will be OK.  Just my 2 cents.

Agree, never spend more than you can afford to lose. I'd start with no more than a $100 test order with a new vendor, if possible (some vendor's minimums are higher than others).

Did a test order as well Pfz branded......( good quality) Transaction went smooth with MP. Two day delivery..  

 
Did another order.

Ordered: August 4 (Sun)

Paid: Aug 4 -MnPk

Shipped: Aug 5 

Received: Aug 7

Smooth all the way around. Tran (Ind) in orig blis. Fresh but not quite as good as the K-lols or Pfc but worth it for delivery time and $.

6 for 6 - no problems with any of them.

Re: the NYGIANTSFAN debacle- This is more just regarding Paypal in general. We don't have to revisit the vendor incident again.

Maybe this is over simplifying but isn't paypal supposed to side with the sender in cases like these? Isn't that like their MO?

NYGF did mention the nature of the transaction being an issue, but I've requested refunds from paypal before, and much like Amazon, where the receiver refuses to work with you, they will step in and refund as a last resort. Perhaps in this case there were other factors...obviously, but isn't this refund thing like the best, and maybe the only reason to use paypal? Because you are guaranteed a refund if the receiver ties to f'ck you?

They won't refund the mo because it was completed.  I posted a couple articles on accounts being frozen.  I called, emailed, and mailed everyone imaginable.  I'm off this topic as a rookie mistke and look forward to more reliable vendors ( WAS NOT PLOOP'S FAULT,the ONLY FAULT I CAN FIND WITH HIM WAS USING PAYPAL TO BEGIN WITH.  I really didn't want to return to this but if you mention me I have to respond, even in the kindest way..

While your comments are apprciated this is not a normal situation, again I'd refer you to the links above I posted.  The problem is the account is frozen and no one can unlock it for now including the sender.  While your master plan has proven man times, this is a totally separate issue.
