This reminds me of another recent vendor here who would do the exact same thing.

You have been spamming my thread for too long now even after settling what I had to. You are not the admin and I have been in contact with him to take that down. I still run shipments, having few issues with some orders does not mean I have to stop supplying. The other guy @manny who has been quiet out of a sudden. I did refund, despite his pack still onboard but he has been so silent lately.

Delivery or refund this week, you said to me in this thread - and I'm taking you at your word. ... Since I have no tracking#, remember, you changed your mind about giving it for opsec rsns.

Not yet, but this is the May Day weekend and not much happens. I've been in touch with the guy by email and just waiting for him to get back about the order drop time or a refund. I'll listen ...

I'd like to see things work out, guy made a few mistakes that made people wary, but also we need what he's got, and if he can make it work then it's worth giving it a little more time.

@Admin knows what's going on and is the final arbiter of the situation and they have said give the guy a chance. I'm ok with that right now.

its not ROIbiz this is CHEMTHUGS007 (another scammer who is banned from here recently)

Not sure how nobody noticed when he lists chemicals in the exact same way/order

Nearly all his products are mislabeled dropshipped garbage if you even receive it. He owes plenty of people thousands of dollars still including myself. Should be banned regardless @Admin

Maybe we don't keep an encyclopedic knowledge of how scammers list their chems? Maybe we don't know CHEMTHUGS007 like you do?

You seem so sure it's CHEMTHUGS007, and he owes you thousands so you probably know him well (enough), and you're only noticing now or only posting now? Now the game is up anyway.

Maybe @Admin (et al) could have done with such certainty earlier, or maybe they know or think otherwise? But if you're right, as you seem so certain, then of course he should be banned - and his thread/s stripped of his contact details.

Maybe @Admin should introduce a deposit/escrow requirement for new unverified vendors, that would discourage the worst of the scammers. We sure could do with a few less.

But by itself it doesn't mean much, does it, and delivered in such an untimely manner. After the game is up and the money is gone.

Only after the fact of orders not arriving and refunds not made - the money is gone - is the scammers game up. That something he does or doesn't do is similar to a previous scammer is hardly a case on its own to shut a vendor down, though would be useful to know earlier on.

Which is why @Admin , I suggest new unverified or unverifiable vendors deposit a security sum against losses members might incur verifying them by making actual orders, if the vendor fucks up. That way we could bypass the samples stage and go straight to actual orders, if members money was guaranteed by the vendor, held in escrow until ... why not? With a guarantee we (members) wouldn't have the brake on movement the potential loss of money is, we'd get stuck into business quicker, real vendors would make more money quicker, win win win.

The way it is now seems unnecessarily biased in favour of the vendor with the members taking all the risk of financial loss. I wonder what others think about this idea of a vendor's security deposit?
