I know you are going through a lot now. But id like to say just like he said all previous orders like mine were sent and will arrive shortly.
He also combined my mutiple orders. Every experience keeps getting better.
Not many announce a few days being gone and putting things out of stock. Others I’ve personally dealt with tell you after the fact.
To me this shows tact.

I need some opinions. I have a customer claiming one of their bottles leaked “out into the box.” This doesn’t make sense to me, as his order had two bottles, so would’ve been vac sealed, shrink wrapped, and in a third layer, all of which would’ve needed to be bypassed in order to leak into the box.

He also claimed what had leaked into the box had dried, which make even less sense as propylene glycol has a boiling point of >300c, and essentially zero vapor pressure at room temperature. What I’m saying is if it had truly all leaked, there would be a pool in the box, not dried residue, again, this is after getting through a phenolithoic cap, heat shrink, a vacuum seal, AND last layer. All in 5 days?…

Since there is technically a chance this was a mistake on our end somehow, I think the move is to reship his claimed leaked bottle, and simply blacklist from future ordering. I’d feel bad if it really was on us, but anyone who has gotten a pack from PM would know the solution would’ve had to have bypassed a minimum of three layers to even reach the box, much less with enough time to dry.

I’d appreciate any input here on what you all think I should do. I told myself I’d just replace and blacklist any instance of leakage claims, as that’s the best way to protect myself financially, and nobody has the right to my services, but again, put yourself in his shoes if he is telling the truth. That’d be pretty shitty to get blacklisted from the best vendor through no fault of your own.

I personally ne er bad issue only slight issues is with bottle caps for some reason some of the plastic part of it comes off when trying to open or get stuck on it, but it has never caused me an actual issue especially not to concern. This is my perspective. not saying others lied but that was just not my experience.

Got my paid samples last weekend but just got around to reading them thoroughly.

Communication was great with quick responses, and they worked with me to get exactly what I needed.

Shipping was quick and packing was great.

I got both wet and dry topic magazines. The bottle included with the wet mag was high quality with polycone cap, which is rare to see. The dry mag may have been just a few pages short, but about within the margin of error so I wont knock any points off for that.

Quality was excellent. Exactly as expected, and both were a very good read.

10/10 experience. One of the best I've has the pleasure of dealing with so far for this category of magazines.

It comes with the territory sometimes we spill things we can spill milk water and yes, we are at a loss for price, but we don’t go to the grocery store and complain to get the milk back
 
As regarding to the spill sample, maybe just for customer service sake at 10% off his next order I’m not trying to call this person a liar but shit happens. We spill things things leak and I think 10% off and this is depending on your cost and what your cost is available for would show good customer service without having to reimburse the whole shipment and I’m not sure if that’s what they are trying to ask. But I’ve worked in customer service most of my life and a lot of customers, especially in restaurants. They want to complain about the food and they know because they don’t want a bad review that they will complain about something and they will get it for free or they will get a next time free meal which I don’t think is fully right depending on the situation, but I know you are new here I like you very much and I only wanna see you succeed so maybe that might be a good idea. How does everyone else think about that?

I know the exact sample you’re talking about. I couldn’t find the small containers, so used a bigger one since I had already told you it’d be out that day. Ended up finding them so I quickly repackaged and hoped I didn’t lose too much. It was originally weighed out at 10% over. Checked the empty weight of the new container before adding, and it seemed to be right on, so I guess more was lost in the container. Totally my fault. DM’d you. Even though you said it’s no big deal I wanna at least give you a discount code.

Id probably send a 10ml research bottle for the sake to avoid an argument. Then I'd flag the username attached to the donation so u are aware if the same user reports spillage in the future.

Ive always bought kratom from vendors online, back in tge day we would use babel fish translator to haggle with vendors on kilo prices lol. But you dont need to worry mit will always be available if leaf is.
