If you havent emailed me since december thats why. I said they are now back to normal after the holidays. If you havent sent me in email in january then just resend your email and youll get a response in 24 hours. If you sent an email just asking for the off-site menu then it wasnt responded to because the menu wasnt finished yet and I was prioritizing getting responses to current customer orders than people who were just emailing me for off-site menu.

Like I posted above, we get new emails every 3-5 minutes, all day every day. We run a tight ship and have to prioritize certain emails over others or we will get nothing done. New customer inquiries who do not have an open order are unfortunately at the bottom of our priority for responses. Those emails get responded to when/if we have free time. If you dont receive a reply, all you can do is send another email. If thats not satisfactory to you, I sincerely apologize, but that's how we operate. Or, donate to DBG and skip the email queue with a DM to us.

We are shipping daily, producing tablets, and responding to hundreds of emails with a tiny tiny team.

Yea I was a little tripped up on the “blue blue” one because at the time I ordered it said that Flubrotizolam was part of the pack and I couldn’t find the bag color for that but I’m assuming that your right and it’s the ethylbro, which is totally fine with me I just wish that was a little more clear from the website. I appreciate it!

How do we get admin attention to this. Rift DOES NOT need to be dealing with these excuse me psycho addict nondonors bomnarding Rift

ESPECIALLY AFTER WE ALL KNOW HE JUST GOT BACK after unfortunate circumstances

All of us donators who have dealt with rift and actually understand how this buisness works seem To all agree these dudes are full of shit and probably harassing through emails.

So far I’ve successfully gotten everyone order with tracking all 600$+ orders some more.

I left him alone when stuff got hot in the thread. Now the Rift we have now is from what I can tell a better version of old rift.

I saw a thread of a high rep new vendor getting harassed until he left for good. When truth was his country just lost electricity did a few nights.

Disagree with me please and argue if You disagree but rift is approved vendor worthy and the longer he’s here instead the higher the chance he says fuck it and dips.

Well I have emailed Rift twice now, on December 26 and 27 and also have received ZERO replies up to this date. He needs to find a better system to sift through emails because as others have said his communication is POOR.

there is reason for this. Also I managed and created this sites grandfathers. It’s late so dm me and I was a serious non confrontational discussion. Also dm rift on here and if he doesn’t reply in 1 to almost 3 days ban me

Asking questions and pointing out facts that many people went through, I guess some still having SOME issues about comms. It’s simply questions .

When I first came to DBG last year Rift was top of my list to go to!

Didn’t he just loose the Vendor Status late Dec?
It looks like admins are waiting a trial period , since I noticed an admin mention no email contact (Yet)

Why is it needed to call out people who genuinely for a month+ just couldn’t get in touch and wanted answers, here was only place to do that.
If ppl have issues, buyers, sellers etc it gets talked about and elevated. Isn’t that 1 of the good things about here? Reminds me of the original SR(SilkRoad) Forums a bit.

Even if for some reason he did decide to not stay active on here and even change up his site, wouldn’t be the worst move at all. I don’t mean that in a negative sense either.

He could easily just move to DN and open up shop on one or a few of the Markets there. Just a different place. Offers more privacy, escrow system, buyer feedback/seller feedback, PGP encryption etc.
