If you havent emailed me since december thats why. I said they are now back to normal after the holidays. If you havent sent me in email in january then just resend your email and youll get a response in 24 hours. If you sent an email just asking for the off-site menu then it wasnt responded to because the menu wasnt finished yet and I was prioritizing getting responses to current customer orders than people who were just emailing me for off-site menu.

Like I posted above, we get new emails every 3-5 minutes, all day every day. We run a tight ship and have to prioritize certain emails over others or we will get nothing done. New customer inquiries who do not have an open order are unfortunately at the bottom of our priority for responses. Those emails get responded to when/if we have free time. If you dont receive a reply, all you can do is send another email. If thats not satisfactory to you, I sincerely apologize, but that's how we operate. Or, donate to DBG and skip the email queue with a DM to us.

We are shipping daily, producing tablets, and responding to hundreds of emails with a tiny tiny team.

Yea I was a little tripped up on the “blue blue” one because at the time I ordered it said that Flubrotizolam was part of the pack and I couldn’t find the bag color for that but I’m assuming that your right and it’s the ethylbro, which is totally fine with me I just wish that was a little more clear from the website. All of us donators who have dealt with rift and actually understand how this buisness works seem To all agree these dudes are full of shit and probably harassing through emails.

So far I’ve successfully gotten everyone order with tracking all 600$+ orders some more.

I left him alone when stuff got hot in the thread. Now the Rift we have now is from what I can tell a better version of old rift.

I saw a thread of a high rep new vendor getting harassed until he left for good. When truth was his country just lost electricity did a few nights.

Disagree with me please and argue if You disagree but rift is approved vendor worthy and the longer he’s here instead the higher the chance he says fuck it and dips.

bout top my second order from Rift - no sure if it was here or trustpilot that offered the 10% promo but let's run both!

ordered 2 mags - one of yellow color and one of blue. shipping wasn't "blazingly fast" in comparison to other experiences, but I'm a touch limited in that perspective - all in all ***probaby 9/10 business days.

That you just mentioned to me are the exact dates the reference ran into his problem or you’re overwhelmed and emails were getting missed and not responded to so I don’t understand what confusion is as to why it’s so hard to understand roof having good communication now since he had all those emails, a lot of them got lost when you have 80 emails a day sometimes more and maybe you’re trusting someone else to go through them emails get lost rift also told everyone to email him multiple times. He still messed up and had some problems for rift has been in constant communication with me and if you need to like I said, DM me now and we can sort this out. I can provide full proof that while it might take rift one maybe two days to reply, which should absolutely be considered normal especially when you have ripped here dealing with all these orders and the psycho non-donors that you have to torturing them I think as an admin, you remember our recent fiasco with our plug from Ukraine, who was bullied off the site, despite having probably the best reputation of any dealer that we have ever had he joined the site Ukraine got bombed, lost power. I might be wrong for Ukraine, but either way power was lost. People didn’t get emails back for two days just two days the form got spammed with him being a scammer and then he got spammed with 80+ emails within the matter of an hour I plead with you to DM me or email me and I can show you improved to you that rift does not need to be here also as a recommendation coming from someone who ran sites extremely similar to this one for many many years and I can say with 100% certainty that this is not how you handle the situation. The user some of the user population I will say is absolutely amazing of all of them are donors however we need to be remember, especially with a plug like rift. What is he providing and what effects did those have on people who have no self-control so all of these reports be becoming from people who do not donate and just lurk and then spam I think we can all understand what I’m trying to say they are. I’m gonna be blunt bar tarts please DM me. I would love to add this conversation further.

My opec allows me to speak freely on a lot so I’m a critical care paramedc and I’m sorry. I just came off a 48hr shift. Depends on how you word your email. Using words like "bunk" or implying human consumption is automatic ignore and ban from future orders. We've only had one batch of 2f-dck and never had a single complaint till now.

We plan on raising the minimum order price again within a few days now that peoples orders are going out like usual and new people have had a chance to try out our smaller quantities.

Just received the $® our lab ordered last month. Rift may have made some mistakes but scamming definitely isn't one of them cause he eventually made good on his promise. We intend to use him in the future.

I sent an email today inquiring about future availability and received a response in less than 2 hours.

I’ve ordered only once from rift(probs would be rn if I wasn’t tight on $) and granted it was ‘slow’ but honestly much faster than other vendor experiences I’ve had on here, and during the time period he mentioned he had some personal problems he was dealing with that would slow things down. Dude is so nice and professional idk why he gets shit on. Comms were great from me, he gets so many emails you dont have to spam him to get a hold of him but maybe send More emails and dm him. If there’s an issue, he’ll make it right. He even warned me I may be short on a product and I was (by exactly one mag out of 50) which is nbd but dude more than made up for it and I’m sure didn’t earn much profit bc of it.
Sorry for long posts here just feel like rift needs some love. I’m currently dealing with a vendor who was cheaper and I see why. No disrespect to said vendor or anything, just didn’t hear back until like 4 days later and still no confirmation or ID label created or anything, and no comms about it yet again. With @rift (granted I only had one experience) he’s shown that you’ll get made whole if something’s awry. I see his reaction to (no offense or disrespect meant) getting and wow was his response professional af and non-combative, but solution oriented. How often can you find that in this world.
My experience is with totally different style literature and haven’t ordered but that one time and idk what going on with sr but I was very impressed my first time.

Not my first time with rift, for good reason. I’d suggest you not donate for his mags unless you are a grounded, patient person.

Out of the handful of times, rift has always delivered. Now, there’s been two occurrences of receiving the wrong mag or severe delays but he always made it right.

Most recent donation made 6-7 days ago, label still isn’t scanned in but as long as it lands as donated, I’ll be happy. Thanks @RiftChems
