I'm guilty as charged! But, you're right. We need to stop with the shenanigans in this thread.

Hey king...if you are registered on UPS My Choice you can:

Shipper Release

Authorize a delivery without a signature requirement Description Have UPS deliver your package without requiring the recipient's signature. Terms of Service These terms of service apply to Shipper Release:

  • UPS will make only one delivery attempt.

  • UPS will not obtain a signature upon delivery.

  • A UPS delivery record will be conclusive proof of delivery.

  • The shipper accepts liability for any loss or damage to the package after delivery.

Then if they are still trying to get you to sign...well.
lol what? if you signature release, its as good as signing , the point of signing is to show that you are expecting

the package...if you have the tracking id obviously you knew its coming...

True, and good thinking. In the context of the controlled delivery discussion, however, while authorizing signature release might imply de facto acceptance or acknowledgment of the package, making a case stick on that alone would be pretty difficult. Executing a warrant or any other evidence gathering activities would all hinge on possession, which you can't establish without the physical package. On the other hand, authorizing signature release would certainly eliminate the argument that you weren't expecting a package, should you ultimately accept it, but if you were to disavow the delivery entirely and refuse it, there isn't much legal substance left. Would they know what's going on for all practical purposes? Sure, but it'd just be a really inefficient way to run an operation.

Just one Wookie's two cents worth, LOL...

How late does J usually get out the TNs? Anyone waiting on one tonight?

Hey, Savoy! Nice to see you back on the board!!

I rec'd my TN last night (from A at Certusrx) around 1030pm...so while not waiting on one, yes, they can come this late.

Welcome back, hope you've been well?

FG

My package should be here by the end of the day, just checked tracking on ups.com. The reason I even mention this is because all day/night yesterday it was frozen in a very far away city. I will keep you all posted asap on the events of today.

If they ask me to sign, I will not, then take my losses and thank God if I'm not in any sort of trouble.

If they just drop it off then thats the best news in the world, I will continue to make purchases once or twice a month as usual.

One of the reasons that I really don't believe LE to be involved is because I am in no way a "big" buyer. Haha honestly, I buy 10-30 pills a month, MAYBE. I don't need them everyday and like to have them on weekends. Some months I only buy around 10, others I buy closer to 30. To bust someone like me would really gain nothing, it would be a waste of the resources put it. I have no information that the average Joe can't just go look up online himself, and to bust me would be a very small score with NO connections or follow on cases.

I believe it was an honest mess up on UPS's part, but lets pray everything goes well.

  3. nameofuser11 @ nameofuser11: Set a reasonable limit. Hell fucking make it like buying cold medicine where they swipe your id and you can't get a bunch. But we know this isn't about logic or public safety. It's about money and control.
  4. nameofuser11 @ nameofuser11: AKA are such a bunch of fucking capitalist traitors. The liquor lobby has a lot of money in this as well.
  5. MorfineOrfan @ MorfineOrfan: The major plain leaf companies and the AKA are the ones lobbying against 7 and the other semi-sythetic derivatives, mgm this that and the other. We all know the chemist are just gonna mess with the scaffolding of the compounds and come out with new and even better semi-sythetic alkoloids of kratom. They are already playing with cats-claw
  6. MorfineOrfan @ MorfineOrfan: @moai just asked chatgpeetea and it looks like plain leaf kratom is safe, they arent banning it. Just 7-Hydroxymitragynine, MGM15 ,16 , and pseudoindoxyl
  7. MorfineOrfan @ MorfineOrfan: Wait... @moai they are federally banning plain leaf kratom too???
  8. moai @ moai: @MorphineOrfan how fucking stupid is this shit. We better see some new shit come out, I’m most upset about banning regular kratom because really? Millions of people have got off hard opioids with it. They must want everyone on methadone instead.

  11. Gulp2788 @ Gulp2788: If bans were done to logic so much of what is illegal now would end up prescription only and I think the powers that be react faster than they think... if they think at all
  12. MorfineOrfan @ MorfineOrfan: They aren't specifically targeting SR and 7oh
  13. MorfineOrfan @ MorfineOrfan: @RiftChems well sr-17018 is an orphine analogue after all, and they are banning all orphines so that makes sense. Orphines are spiking the OD death rates majorly these past few months.
  14. AlHoffman69 @ AlHoffman69: CANDYMAN ramnemnber thta is will be conme relevenaent soon :alien:    🤑
  15. RiftChems @ RiftChems: crazy they are banning SR17018 at the same time. they know what theyre doing.
  16. nameofuser11 @ nameofuser11: The ban of 7oh is gonna have a lot of people needing help soon. Assuming they do ban instead of regulate like they should
