@manny: Have you gone to the website and tried the CONTACT page? Just send a note and he should respond within a day or so. Sometimes when he is very busy you may need to contact him more than once. Telling him you're a DBG member may help with the response time tho :-)

I don't know if it's okay to ask this here or not, but... is it okay to pay online at MG??  (I don't have the ability to drive due to my ailment and need to order tonight).  I know in-store is preferred but... if I do, is it more likely that everything will be followed??

FYI

A couple of vendors have been having WU issues. I recommend only sending WU once per receiver.

 
I am having an "issue" with J right now with ordering one thing and receiving another (unknowingly) and now trying to get things straight. I'm trying & he is trying so I'll know tomorrow if and when a delivery truck arrives and then after a doctors appointment on Thursday. I've had nothing but positive experiences with J so far but this "mixup" and if it is resolved will be a REAL test. I will keep updating. Bottom line, know your product inside out (size, shape, color, "markings", etc).

 
So everyone knows J sent Tyler the "purple" pills none of us like. Looks like J is trying to work things out with Tyler. I think Tyler has been extremely patient with J. I trust that J will come through.

 
I have been and he confirmed what I was thinking, the purple ones are NOT what you think they are. If you have ordered one thing and received them and want to know what they are, PM me.

I have always asked for and paid for the other ones he has listed but always received the pure ones and I personally would feel like I was going through withdrawals, turns out I was. I

Trying to get my situation straight with J and I believe he is trying but at this point it's still a "wait and see" situation. I haven't asked him about any others orders or what is going on, etc but I'm sure some people will be disappointed to hear this. It wasn't a miscommunication scenario, really ( I wasn't saying anything that was lost in translation, I speak Spanish). At this point, while not 100% sure, at this point I don't know if he even knew that these weren't what he thought. My looking online for many, many hours FINALLY revealed what I thought to be true. I contacted J on Sunday and he answered back and told me he would find out and email me Monday, which he did.

I'll keep posting and this unfolds.

*Side note: this order was scheduled to be an 8/6 next day delivery but apparently MG decided for reasons unknown to place the funds into an "Under Review" que which meant that when the receiver went to pick up the funds was told the reference number was not in the system. By the time I got J's email regarding the situation and got on the phone with MG to sort out the problem, J's shippers had already processed for the day. Bottom line, MG caused a day delay.

Has anyone else run into this issue of MG arbitrarily placing a transaction into this "Under Review" status?

Nothing was in the system. It was a huge mess. I had no clue I was signing up for Real ID. They asked me for the exact same documents that I needed for a State ID Card.

  16. B @ bigblueallda: @drjimmy1964 In my state to get a Real ID, I need SS card, Birth Certificate and two proofs of residency. Which I am positive I had to provide to get a new ID when it had been expired.

  18. B @ bigblueallda: I haven't flown in an airplane in 20 years lol. Can't recall the last government building I have been in either. According to the symbol it tells me I should have on my ID to make it a Real ID I do have one in my state
