On a serious note,

Everyone across the three major forums are reporting basically everyone has been "caught up" so to speak.  

AND from what I NOW understand,( or what is being told to me and I have no reason to believe otherwise) it was the original deal, The driver JUST missed Brown and labels had to be revised( or reprinted ?? I do not know why maybe date ??? ), they did not have to issue new TN's but they had to be re-labled and that took a extra day to "cycle". nothing was nabbed by Brown or Stolen..

BUT we had major FOG in my area which caused and exception, but hey they can not control that..

Actually, it's good you clarified. Ms. Dorothy Zbornak tends to believe everything she reads on the internet. It was only recently that the ladies agreed to get dial-up service. Blanche insisted that she could no longer solicit the same 5 widowers in attendance at Rose's weekly square dance and wanted to join Seniormatch.com

Interlude, it's good you clarified...at least for our "Senior" members...wait, I mean "golden" members.

Seriously though, I'm glad that this recent matter seems to have resolved and I appreciate reading both the speculation as well as the general "safety" advise. Never a bad time to be reminded of some important practices to keep us all protected.

Just an update...received shipment this morning with some extra product for the trouble. Shit happens in any business so this just comes with the territory. I have received price lists from a few vendors, and with prices being roughly the same, I have no reason to switch. J provides top quality service and I highly recommend him.

That's good to know that you were given some supplements because of vendor error. As a standard practice, at least for me, it has been in steep decline. Many f'ck ups, and no supplements. 

 
Just received word from J that all packages for tomorrow's delivery are "lost" again!

Now I'm fucking pissed! This is twice in one week!!

I replied and told him he can re-ship the orders first thing tomorrow morning using Purple's "Same Day Delivery".

Anyone else get the same news? 

He was silent again all night. No TN. Finally emailed him around 10:00 pm to ask for TN and he tells me ALL packages are "LOST" again.

What the HELL???!!!!!!!!

With the extra volume and traffic of the holiday season, and the snowy and icy weather out West causing issues, things like this will probably keep on happening for the next month or two.

 
I sure hope so. I've been patiently waiting for a package that was suppose to come last Saturday.

Have Purple TN given last night but as of now it's just a label created. Purple not even in possession yet. Doesn't give me much reassurance that anything will arrive tomorrow.

 
Update for the board:

Delayed order finally arrived. All accounted for. Quality superior!

J is still "the man"! He is a man of his word. Items have always arrived. He was very generous with extras for the delay.

He's been dealing with new team members on the back end who didn't seem to understand how critical it is to get packages out the door a.s.a.p. especially during what is the busiest month of the year for Brown and Purple.

Hopefully the new "pack & ship" team are up to speed now and adjustments in timing have been made.  

I still recommend J 110%!!!

Contact order form working fine for me. Try a different browser. Google's Chrome is working. Or you could use Firefox or Mac's Safari.

Internet Explorer is a horrible browser IMO.

Nothing was in the system. It was a huge mess. I had no clue I was signing up for Real ID. They asked me for the exact same documents that I needed for a State ID Card.
