Shouldve donated sooner!

Hi i am no longer able to access the sponsor sections? It gives me that message i used to get before donating.

The "only sponsors can access this section"

I forgot who to contact to fix?

people new to btc check out u tube online videos seeing the images helped me visualize the process better
That's a great idea.  That's how I do my handy man stuff around the house, which I normally suck at.  I'm an accountant, at a desk, for decades.  Many of those videos are very helpful.  If they go through something that is confusing, pause it, look it up elsewhere, read some boards if necessary, then continue.  It seems more complicated in the beginning just with all of the new terminology.  Once you do it once or twice, it does seem easy.  Initial setup is the key/source of  most confusion.  I did, however,  feel the same way when I first did it.   It always sounds like you have to do a lot more than you actually have to.  Best of luck.

Disclaimer:  I have not seen videos on toutube regarding btc, but I have found countless videos helping me with other tasks.

If you are bitcoin savvy it's a no brainer. Only  $15 a year to access all vendors. If you have to learn bitcoin, it's still worth it if you don't have access in real life to reliable sources for what you need.

I kind of love the donation idea. Keeps the site running, but also incentivizes people to learn bitcoin.

does anyone have a few videos on how to sign up for bitcoin that could make it a bit easier? im having trouble learning how to donate and would sure appreciate it

Sponsorship is valid for one year.
Hey I just donated for an Opal membership, I sent an email to you with my username and the BTC address it came from. It was like $22.54 or something, so keep the change! I'd love it if I could get access to the restricted areas today!

Thanks a ton for all your hard work running this vital community!

I feel ya about wishing you’d donated earlier...I’ve been a long time member/lurker but never really posted as I got answers for most of my questions from prior posters. Currently researching how to activate my account to sponsor status so I may participate in the password-protected forums as well.

cheers,

Gert

  3. C @ Cheesus: Nah, the crossroads is that old camper where you can buy meth. The devil moved to down by the river
  4. R @ rasetreydir: But we could go on at length if we start with the 27. Eerie coincidences? Sold their souls perhaps? At the crossroads?....lol
  5. R @ rasetreydir: There's a certain mystique that great artists/writers/musicians created because of their untimely deaths: Mozart, Chopin, Hemingway. Maybe they were here just to share their talents with the world. Having a gift like that is a blessing, but also probably a burden.
  6. A @ AnnaSofia: You got the right @rasetreydir most of my fave poets fit the description, yet I think we look at ones like that through a different lens bc of the curiosity and a mystery and human nature to want what u can’t have more of... Sylvia Plath, Emily Dickinson, Poe. Don’t get me started on writers with guitars 😂
  7. R @ rasetreydir: AnnaSofia Perhaps you need frustration and a tortured psyche to write like that, though i wouldn't wish that upon anyone. Yet doesn't it seem like a lot the truly gifted and eternal artists, musicians, composers, writers, thinkers, etc all pass away young? Like the '27' club?
  8. A @ AnnaSofia: Dylan Thomas was brilliant I agree… he’s one of those writers where I read it and think why couldn’t I come up with that?! 😂
  9. PHXINC @ PHXINC: Maybe DM the personal convos of that content fellas. Have a good nights rest. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
