Tracking Number Has Updated In A Few Days

last night my phone made music to me, it made USPS ring tones for me, its like 1day late of updating me everyday that happened happened yesterday so i am being notified in the AM hours about the 13th and 14th, 

 
@wolf , i just been through that i was in OPPS for 13days finally cleared into customs 4days in customs and out

longest i been in customs was 8days, your good man , USPS Is backed up but it looks like things are moving 

 
This is a relief to hear.  I've had an item in customs for six days, longest ever, so far. its not a sch 2 so hopefully all will be OK.  The main reasons I"m nervous is cuz I need to place another order with a different company and i wanna make sure that the stuck items are seized, thus putting me on alert.  Im wondering if anyone knows how long it takes for that to happen (Specifically, I mean, is that IF my current packaged is seized, how long does it take for my name/address to be red flagged so that all future items get scrutinized? But I guess only someone who works in customs would know that answer....

 
my package was processed through mumbai india sort facility feb 9th and it has said origin post is preparing shipment since with no updates.. i have no idea whats going on i emailed the guy and he said that means its in ISC and i know it does not.. should i just chalk it up as a loss, it was a reship so maybe he didnt really send it??
