Ordered from Alex last week Val's and I ordered 2 orders of 1 mgs but was sent two orders of bars instead. He asked me if I was OK with bars and it worked out perfectly for both of us. I must compliment this charity on its extremely superb communication as well as patience, that is super important especially when starting a new relationship with a new charity.

having troubles with starting, but this is not the fault of either the charity or myself, and surprisingly this was well understood and very flexible alternatives have been sought,

super understanding, haven't had this level of professionalism in a really long time

at the moment I'm super happy with this charity and look forward to getting the ball rolling so to speak,

but I must encourage new people to seek this charity out as you will find nothing but helpfulness, kindness, understanding, patience, and superior communication....its not like talking to a brick wall,

this is a very good cause and ill be sure to follow this up with a review when the time comes

especially if you are familiar with SY, you will know right away just by conversation. I give Arod a lot of credit....of course nothing is fool proof so use your own discretion but I found my new #1

I received my usual f€€N weighing 100lbs. 

Ok, my crafts were supposed to be shipped on the 8-31, BUT, the sHiPp€r got my addy (PM me if you don't get what this word means) 'mixed up' (Alex's words verbatim, so I'm not sure what exactly was mixed up). So, it got corrected and sent on 9-1. I don't know what the sHiPp€rS deal is, but for the last 4-5 months, something has happened with my oRd€r EVERY SINGLE TIME!! And that is NO exaggeration. There's no telling.

Anyway, Alex's part is A+ as usual!!! But, other areas of his symphony could use some serious tuning up. I will post the quality of my crafts, in the respective thread, here in a bit.

So After these mix ups getting started that where neither Alex's fault or my own. once the company refunded me we strted fresh this week after the holiday.

donation received on wed aug 6th but after daily cutoff time

so to my EXTREMLY PLESANT SUPRISE MY CHARITY CANDY WAS SENT ON THE 7TH,

Ordered yesterday the 11th received tn that night was under my doormat today I didn't see t until I went to get the mail.  True overnight delivery all my benz were perfect exactly what I asked for quality suberb just like Alex.  I love him to death he's always been dependable for me.  A plus plus plus!  Thanks Alex!

Went to place an order for my usual rocks. Alex tells me the brand and it's one I've never heard of. So I inquire about the brand and ask if he could send me the pill ID number or something so I could verify them, and I think that ticked him off a bit. So I don't know if he'll be accepting my order now or not. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯  I told him I trusted him and he's never done me wrong in all the years I've done business with him. I guess we'll see if he responds. The lesson here, I suppose, is not to ask questions. lol.  :huh:

Second, you never know what kind of day they're having and if you PM me, I can give you more details about the new 'things' and give you an explanation that could explain his mood. And don't be afraid to ask questions. Alex is a cool guy and he's usually in a good mood, but there's a reason he's not today (and he wasn't yesterday).
