Big Ups make it right?

I ordered 7 days ago and still nothing. All of my previous orders would have been here by now. I am not feeling confident right now. 

 
Yea it seems BigUps will never meet DBG standards for a Vendor ,I'll lock this thread and all let's try not and talk about him it's a waste of time
