Bupe Recriational?

@Requiem I agree after being on and off mostly on for 12 years the only way for me to kick the h the only way for me to quit was being locked up and observed urines for a year! Never again! I'm taking Chantix which is working great except the nightmare I had last night being locked up again and trying to figure how to take 90 in with me. They have those body scanners you stand on and they X-ray you. I must have been a mess because when I went to jail after almost two months there I was going to the bathroom and a pill bottle popped out full of soggy benzos don't know how it was missed or how I didn't know I had it inside me. Sorry gross story but true. Also agree for heroin users not recreational
I'm sorry, but  as gross as some people may have found that story I got it was hilarious because it reminds me of a story of myself from when I was younger! Almost uncanny…

We should chat! It sounds like we have a lot in common in terms of our drug history, a lot of mine is in the past… I hope it stays there. There's never any guarantee.  I've relapsed plenty of times and know how easy it is to get to that place.

It's evil to get off if you've been taking it longer than a couple of months. I was on it 8 months to quit my doc but I liked the feeling of normality it gave me so stayed on it far longer than my dr wanted. I paid a big price for that and was fatigued to the point of not being able to move at all . 6 months passed and I was still in paws and it was hell on earth although I never craved drugs during this process. It definitely re wires the addict brain. Avoid!
Are you talking about Suboxone? I have found that it has really really affected my thinking. I've been on it for 2 1/2 years and I'm almost off, I can't wait to be free of it. It seems to cross the wires in my brain, I just don't think the way that I used to.  I was on a really high dose a year ago, I'm down to about 6 mg a day and I don't usually  even take that much. I'm usually able to save at least a third of my prescription, sometimes half.  I take it in as little as I possibly can, save as much as I can and I'm ready to get off ASAP.  I might get to the point Rogers detox myself. Plus, my doctor is a total jackass.

Yes, I am. It's good for a short taper but not long term.

I'm so happy I'm almost off Suboxone! I went from being on methadone for 15 years  and then went on to subs for three years… And I'm down to a very low-dose finally! For whatever reason, I don't seem to have that hard of a time when it comes to dropping on this medication. It might get harder as I get lower, I've noticed it a little bit already.  But I think that I just want off so badly that I am going to get through it regardless of how uncomfortable it makes me. Benzos are a different story for me, I'm psychologically not ready to give them up and I think that's where my addiction lies most…  anxiety meds.  I did H  to start with ages ago and methadone for years, but for whatever reason over all that time I lost a taste for it completely. I have no desire to go back to any of those drugs and can't wait to be free of  opioid dependence.  I will say one positive thing for Suboxone, it does seem to help curb my cravings for all medications a little bit.  I do worry that it will all come flooding back  when I get off of Suboxone… The craving for opiates, the craving for everything! There's no question that I am an addict.  I've never taken straight Bupe… Only the   Subs.  I will read this entire thread when I have more time, and looks like an interesting read.
Subs is buprenorphine and the taper only gets hard from 2mg to 0.

Yes, I know it's bupe, but it has that added opiod blocker.… I've never taken pure bupe or subutex. I'm getting pretty close to 2 mg,... does it really get that much harder at the end?   I'm sure the fact that I've been on it for 2 1/2 years won't help.  But so far I've been fine dropping…  I just want off this crap so badly! Some doctor recommended this as a maintenance dose  for detoxing completely instead of methadone, if I'd stayed on method I would've been off years ago. I was down to 30 mg.  To be honest I hate both medications now. I've had them in my life for way too long and just want  them out of my life. If I didn't have a super busy business, a disabled teenager and another young child I would  go into inpatient detox for a couple of weeks and just get it over with.   But I am just going to keep pushing through and I know that I will make it.  Because I really really want to~* I think that if the true desire is there that makes it a lot easier.  I'm not saying it's going to be a walk in the park… But I have faith that I can get through it. I am not staying on this medication!  To be honest, I don't want to be off of everything as soon as possible. I just need to take this one step at a time.

Don't rush, the stuff is so strong. Google Roberts subutex plan as he advises 25% decrease every 4 days then skip days. But u may need to do it over a longer period. I'm doing a short detox off my Doc using bupe. 2.6mg starting dose .

yes---if you define "light" as nothing greater/or more often in frequency than you have mentioned, you WILL get euphoria from bupe for at least 2.5weeks if used daily...

One thing to remember though is to try your best to keep dosages to 2mg or lower.

With bupe there is the general consensus that 'less is more'.

Even for myself, with years of maintenance on bupe with 2yrs straight most recently, I feel more of the 'opiate'-effects/euphoria if i take 1.5mg of my strip vs the whole 8mg strip at once.
what are the strips you speak of? lol I have heard the term but not sure what it means.

You're not going to get high using the 0.2 stuff, the 0.2 stuff is made for animals for after surgery, chances are if you have a cat you already have some of that in the med cabinet. For humans they come up to 8mg in a tablet, but like said before on here, you don't want to do more then 2mgs in a day unless you want to be a daily user. Take 2mgs all at once (under the tongue or in the nose) and you will get very high, remember it takes about 2 hours to kick in though. If you puke you took to much, stay around 2mg's untill your body gets used to it...
is .02 equal to 2mg? I'm guessing it is but just want to clarify before placing an order.

Yea that's the big boy shit i am very careful with it, getting sick sucks, but when you do it just right oh fucking ruling the world! Snorting small lines is the best for sure, i can make a 8mg pill last 4 or 5 days.
I thought they were sublingual pills, can you snort those? that is my preferred method, just something more fun about it, lol.

so everybody went from talking about buprenorphine to subs, are they the same thing? and withdrawls are mentioned a lot so if I take these for ten days can expect withdrawls, cuz they suck, lol.

Buprenorphine is the synthetic opiate found in "subs", which can refer to either subutex (does not have the agonist nalaxone) or Suboxone, Zubsolv, and Bunavail (does have the agonist nalaxone).  Suboxone comes in both strips and tabs.  Subutex (I believe) only in tabs.  Subutex actually not available much any more in some US states because it does not have the nalaxone - makes abuse of the drug more difficult, and also forces you to avoid other opies due to the precipitated W/D it brings on when you take, say, a vicodin after or have used in past 24 - 36 hours.  You need to be in full w/d before taking subs with nalaxone.

The strips (vs pills) are impossible to snort.  Hard to find pills now (for me, and here with DBG vendors).  For recreation, you'd want the subutex pills because you can use other opiates with impunity (from precipitated W/D).  Just been impossible for me to find...

Subs taken for any extended period ar hard to wean from, so yes you will go through WD from subs.

The .2 mg (as opposed to 2 mg in Suboxone, which is available in Mexican section) has ~ 1/10 the potency, and I just don't see the point, although they don't have the evil nalaxone.

Hoping more knowledgeable member weighs in to address the errors in my post here...  I'm a practitioner, not an expert.

You can Google this topic...

I  take prescription meds for depression.  Sometimes i get my hands on suboxone and it works great.  I will use one or maybe two 8mg strips over the course of a week.  During that week I feel happiness.  Then when it is over I don't experience any withdrawal symptoms.  Much different than oxy.

Nobody seems to like suboxone but for me it is the best drug in world.

I recently read that some company is trying to use it to create an anti-depression drug. If they ever succeed I will be the first in line.

I have lots experience with both buprenorphine and suboxone... was on it for 4 years. Im back on full opiates since my disease (ulcerative colitis) causes real horrible pain. Drs may tell you to start with 8mg but 2mg is plenty. Less is more. Its very potent and if you take 8mg your receptors wont let other opiates in. But i could take 2mg in morning and by dinner time be able to feel full opiate. Also i never waited till to be in full wds to take one. Maybe couple hours... never had precipitated wds. Lots of lies surrounding sub/bupren... especially hate how its so hard to get. And drs are limited to amt of patients they can treat.

Hi I am on the bupe programme and have been for over 13 years now in the UK I've just been changed over, as everyone else is to, to Espranor made by martindale pharmacy, who used to produce the methadone in the real old days they prob still do just wondering how any one else has noticed any difference, they work a lot faster than the other one s and dissolve quicker?

  2. WTF7218 @ WTF7218: @xenxra 😆😂. Yes, but only a few brave souls will ever find the number. You must first order a Dirty Shirley from the bartender. Then you must discreetly take the cocktail napkin from under your drink and unfold it. There you will find the map to the location of the phone number, and clues to decipher the code that it is written in.

  13. N @ NYStateofMind: @xenxra I was on Adderall since 15 years ago so my dr prescribed that w no problems and then when I lost my best friend my doctor rxed the valiums but
  14. C @ Cheesus: Temp.pm down for anyone else?
  15. xenxra @ xenxra: @NYStateofMind my doctor's have always been pretty open minded if i can actually come in and explain the pharmacological action of the drugs im seeking instead of just telling them why i think i should be prescribed. the only time it didn't work out for me is when i was trying pharmaceuticals for depression ten years ago and suggested they let me try testosterone instead (turns out i was hypogonadal so they made a mistake denying my request at face value)
  16. T @ Testisthebest: Even down here in Florida when the pill mill docs all switched over to Suboxone and/or retired you can still find some pretty liberal docs but you gotta know what to look for. Mine does "pain management, detox, anxiety, etc. And no insurance. My doc writes me 60 5mg Valium, 14 2mg Xanax and asked if I had ever tried adderal to get more focus at work as I told him I run my own business.
  17. N @ NYStateofMind: @Alkazar do they know your history? Like I dont tell my doctor anything about myself except what they need to know,...I was able to get my dr to rx the highest dose of adderall along with valiums ..... if they dont know your history or there is no history I would just come out and ask what is the reason for their mistreatment.... they have no problem billing your insurance or taking a payment for the visit
  18. T @ Turbo259: @Layne_Cobain Thank you fam
  19. Alkazar @ Alkazar: It is INSANE how doctors treat tax paying hard working people like criminals when they ask for opioids. This world just keeps getting more and more backwards. But thanks to this site to be able to find people to help when no one in the medical world will.
