I've tried contacting "A" 2 or 3 times over the last few weeks and have not heard back. I've ordered with her several times and this the first time it has been this long before contacting. Hope everything is cool!

 
@downhomeguy: I've been using A at certussrx for ages. Haven't had any contact issues - she's been available with prompt email replies and orders have been next day early delivery, perfect count and good quality.

Not sure whats going on, unless she's limiting her client base, maybe? You might want to try R from healthproviders. He was my backup when A took her break earlier this year. He's an excellent vendor as well!

A while back she quit taking new customers. If you haven't orders in a while ....... I'd try R. I get great service from him.

 
My last order was mid- July, so maybe that is it. I have 2 email addresses for her and the one I hae been using mostly is the "hotmail" address. should I be using the other one

This is off subject, but it appears this person is gone. There used to be an email only source and he went by prado.diego and he always used hushmail. Does anyone know him?

 
@vclvcl7: no, probably not going to have that info shared, given you're so new to dbg...not knowing who is who and all....no offense, but, its just the way things are. The vendors respect our privacy, and we respect and try to protect our vendors.

Use the "contact us" on the website - if R is taking new clients, he'll contact you. If you read the threads, there are several vendors right now that have working sites - thats the best way for you to make contact.

If the last time you placed an order with "A" was 2-3 months ago, she may not currently recognize you as an "active customer" right now. Also, based on the same fact, "A" did indeed change her e-mail address a few months back as well... she no longer uses her "hushmail" OR "hotmail" e-mail addresses any more... so chances are, your e-mails may not even be getting to her in the first place. If you still can't get a hold of "A", I would def recommend checking out a few other places/threads on here. There are others that are just as reliable as "A" and some, even recommended by/affiliated with her... So good luck with everything and happy hunting! Take care and be safe!

I had one long string of 43 emails from and to "A" in my Gmail account and everyone of them went to "alicia.diazrx@hotmail.com. I had one group of 12 emails that went to "certussrx@hotmail.com.

So that is definiely where the problem is. I would have thought she would have sent me the new email address. I'll run across it one way or another. Thanks for letting me know!

 
She does have a new email but I've deleted it. She did say she was checking the old one too though. I bet if you email her with one of those addresses she'll get back to you. If not I guess she's too busy and you should look for a new vendor. Good luck. Stinks looking for someone new.

If she is not using the hotmail accounts that she was using then what email account does she use now?

I have used Jim and A for years and years...A always follows through with things and makes them right whenever there is a glitch. She is whom I have stuck with for almost 3 years now in terms of SY vendors. I just always feel confident dealing with her that I will receive. I have been burned by several others of the Alphabet "Guys" over the years - never with A.

Someone asked if any of us feel she has not been as involved in the day-to-day operations and I would absolutely second that. I can tell from the emails if it is really A sending it or someone else. On that note, I have been emailing her for the past couple of days (new email addy) and haven't heard back yet. Has anyone been in contact with her this week?

It's nice to finally say hello to everyone!

 
Yes, I just heard from her...maybe your email didn't reach her? Its happened to me before...but shes there and working!

are you using the correct email? Send me an email(allisonf00@hotmail) with the address you have and ill give you her new email account. She did recently put out a new one. but I thought she was still answering email from the old account. Maybe they are focusing more on the new accounts orders. Who knows what they are doing. Im sure there is a lot more involved to keep these places running relatively smoothly..more than any of us can imagine.

Not sure...tri-gal said above that she used the new email...I was having trouble with email a few weeks back. Not just here, but with everyone..

Solor flares probably!? Who knows - technology is fabulous when it works!! but its nice to know that A is OK and doing what she does SO well!
