I am looking for something new to watch now. Had been watching investigation Discovery- 48 hours, about a murder for hire. Very uplifting! /default_smile.png lol

What about you?

I've burned thru all my Netflix series that I was watching; Recently rented and watched the newest seasons of Dexter and Breaking Bad...so I need something new now...

@LWD: I love the ID shows...I've watched them all...there are some seriously crazy people in this world, yeah?

@Jewy: a "no no" must be a YES YES huh? ;-)

FG- Yes me too!! You just have to love "Who the bleep" and that newer one- "Karmas a bitch"

I agree there are some seriously crazy people out there, and all I have to do is watch a few ID shows and I feel so... normal!

***Posted this on R's thread, but wanted to post here also to make it easier for all that are checking in..

Update: Per MyChoice, my package was scanned at around 0400. It has been traveling, noted now to be on the east-ish side of the US, at this point still indicating arrival today. This was the first update since 530pm last night so there is missing information obviously, something must have happened with tracking information updates- I am guessing. Hopefully my little package keeps on traveling, along with everyone else that is waiting..

Yaaaasaaaaaay! I got my letter! Which is amazing considering she emailed me in the middle of the night saying it would probably be Friday but she would have her shipper try to change it! Happy Holidays Everyone!!

Same thing here. No alert, checked Monday's alert and saw letter was dropped off, sitting in location at 5:30. Update came at 3:30 am, it's out for delivery, no 10:30 where I live, last few times been 6 pm.

More importantly I would like to thank Jew and A for supplying any info. I'm guessing over 100 people reading this, on 3 boards last night and only Jew had info and some hope to add. And of course A can always be counted on to find the facts and tell the truth.

I know there's been a lot of changes here, I've been on the old DB board since '02, the Crown and Dan days. It was great with members helping each other. Than I came here, I know a lot has changed and at the begining, last year I did get some help from other members. Now I'm lost as to it's purpose. I know we have to be careful and there's always some newbie just shouting in , Where can I get perc's  or adderall, aside from those idiots, what's the deal. The only info I get is from Jewy and a couple of others. What's up? Everyone paranoid, careful, selfish, lazy? I'm not knocking this board just really want to know what, where and who to ask certain questions. is pm the only way for sensetive questions. Can I freely share info I get on certain items without mentioning name.

Anyway, thanks for the very few that kept the last 2 days problems updated. I'm sure I'm like most of you , I just want to know what's going on so I can try alternatives.

Hey JJ, and thank you for the kind words. They are much appreciated. I'd also like to thank you for speaking your mind with regard to the overall tone and vibe on the board over the past few months, as it provides me with an opportunity to address what I'm sure many other members have also been thinking and feeling. With that said, and without pointing any fingers or placing blame on anyone, the reality is that for the safety and security of all members, and to create a structure that would allow the board to grow and still be properly managed long term, admin took the step of creating a moderator team a few months ago, which was, in my opinion, a wise move that's to be applauded. For a variety of reasons, personal and otherwise, a few adjustments have been necessary where the team is concerned since its creation. As with any team building exercise, the position sometimes proves to not be a good fit for someone personally, and they choose to depart. Other times, personal styles and approaches conflict, or ultimately prove to be a bad fit at that particular point in time, given current needs. We've experienced both of those situations over the past few months, and unfortunately, there have been some unintended consequences to these "growing pains". The loss of some members is obviously one of those consequences, but while unfortunate, the more significant consequence was a negative shift in the board's vibe and overall tone, whereby many members began to feel intimidated and afraid to post anything remotely negative or contrary to the viewpoints of the higher ranking members. Again, I don't want to point fingers, but in fairness to our members, I feel compelled to say that they had every right to feel that way. While I'm a strong proponent of online discretion and security, the simple reality is that if those in a position of authority run around beating people over the head with a baseball bat and belittling them every time they make an error in judgment in a post or state something that runs contrary to their own beliefs, people will stop participating, period. That style will certainly yield a secure board indeed, as you won't have any security concerns if you don't have any participating members. It's really just that simple, although that truth can be easily lost when emotions are running high.

Anyway, the good news is that adjustments have been made by admin, with the support of the rest of the Mod Squad and some of the senior most members, and we now have what I feel is a wonderful group of moderators who all truly care about all of our members, and who are 100% committed to helping them in any way possible, and to seeing DBG continue to grow and succeed. I'd just like to take this opportunity to encourage any members who might read this post, and who might have stopped participating of late, to jump back in and get involved. I'm confident that you'll find the waters of DBG to be clean, clear and refreshing as compared to what you may have experienced over the past few months. Also know that there is no need for fear, because the Wookie is here!

I hope that the above properly addresses your questions and concerns, and that it will serve as an encouragement to our members that the DBG you've come to know and love is back and better than ever.

Once again, thank you for posting your questions and observations. It's honest, direct, civil discourse such as this that we need in order to build and maintain lasting bonds as a community. Well done!

You are the best! You stated everything I (and I am sure others) have felt. Thank you and the other great Mods again for having our backs!

Thank you Lucy, that's very kind of you to say. I know I speak for my fellow Mod Squad teammates in saying that in our view, we are here to serve each and every member. Not the other way around. Please know that our mission is to make DBG the very best community of it's kind, and that begins in service to our brothers and sisters around the world.

Ah, a refreshing, calming voice of reason and peace in an SY thread. I feel like breaking into song. Did you ever know that you're my hero!

Hi yea Im new here so don't expect a lot ive read almost every post in this thread try to do my homework. what im wondering is can anyone use source or do u have to be recommended. Ive read a lot on here about the old db threads wich I personally liked but I was a member on ther for years and knew who to trust. But very new here.
Unless specifically noted otherwise, all vendors are open, and do not require a referral. That being said, some of the Mexican vendors are not accepting new customers at the present time, such as "R" of Health Providers Rx. The vendor associated with this thread wasn't accepting new customers for a time, but seems to have accepted some of late, so it's worth a try. A is one of the very best. Hope that helps.....

Thanks Jewy, My delivery doesn't come until after 2:00pm, sometimes 6:30, so I'm glad I just reread my post and your response. I needed to remind myself about calmness and reason. Crazy morning and I barley had time to rush a note to my favorite and the best vendor. I really should've waited and responed in a much better manner. I;ll be sure not to do that again. I feel like an idiot, but as my friend Terry used to say," some days it be that way" Starting to feel like the board is becoming home again thanks to you and a few others.

Thanks Jewbacca That helps very much.
My pleasure, anytime. Particularly in light of your user name. I have 3 English Bulldogs, so any bulldog is a friend of mine, LOL!

No worries, we all need to remind ourselves of the need for calm and reason every so often. Otherwise, we'd have Wookies running around ripping people's arms off all the time, LOL!

And thank you for your kind words. Particularly that the board "feels like home" again. Nothing could please me more than to hear that, as that's precisely why I got involved here in the first place. It felt like home, and I felt like I was among friends. For a variety of reasons, we had lost that feeling for a while, or were headed in that direction rather quickly, so I'm really glad to hear that we're succeeding in turning things around. Outside of making sure members are protected, safe and well informed, I have no higher priority here on DBG.

  4. ClintEastwood @ ClintEastwood: Robert Duvall and a handful of others were a younger actors coach and always said no one worked as hard as those guys did. Robert Duvall and rest would read the full script 228 over and over, then after the last read they would go into how to perform their character. The young man had made it to meet Al who are greats and pull them to the side. And explain what his coach said. They all looked back and said out of every role you’ve seen me in. I have read it 228 by myself. 🫡 🫢 🫢 🫢
  5. ClintEastwood @ ClintEastwood: Sorry for comment below, but I couldn’t delete. Know I see the
  6. Realbenzeyes @ Realbenzeyes: Yeah Robert Duvall passing is a hard one. RIP
  7. Maelstrom @ Maelstrom: Damn. Just heard Robert Duvall passed away Sunday. That’s a tough one. He’s one of my favorite actors. From Lonesome Dove to the Godfather and many others. We will miss you Mr Duvall. You entertained us for 7 decades. RIP
  8. L @ Layne_Cobain: @ClintEastwood make a post about it homie they’re gonna take down your message here cuz shout box isn’t really for talking shop just random shooting the shit exc but yeh just put your message in a post on the forum in the appropriate place and ppl will get at you! 👊 ✌️
  9. ClintEastwood @ ClintEastwood: Just wondering if anyone well trusted has a supply of research thienos or benz in powders for good average prices? Or could give a shout out from me to him? Or the best lowest per each? I’ve seen some cool and some i just know are worth it. Good price rv presses too but it is much more bang for your buck. I have one good vendor. But am looking for variety’s well. Send me a message or reply if you think any. Thanks - CLINT E. Any Heavy stuff too which all seem about the ssmmmmmm
  10. Realbenzeyes @ Realbenzeyes: I always thought I should’ve been born in a much earlier time but I will say, i do enjoy my Xbox and occasional TV series tho 😂
  11. Realbenzeyes @ Realbenzeyes: I just wish the opioid epidemic never happened. Fk the turn of the century (which would be cool no doubt)! Many of my friends and family would’ve ended up in asylums like so many others. I just wish I could get back all those I’ve lost since the start
  12. L @ Layne_Cobain: 1914 I meant
  13. L @ Layne_Cobain: I often wish I lived during the turn of the century or at least before the Harrison narcotics act or whatever I think it was 1924 the fun ended but anyway yeh being able to get laudanum, ❄️ and amphetamine at the local friendly pharmacy
  14. Maelstrom @ Maelstrom: Chew on the leaves with a bit of slaked lime and enjoy the mild boost you get from the raw base.
  15. Maelstrom @ Maelstrom: I’m sure you know the folks in the mountainous regions along South Americas pacific side buy cócà leaves at the local farmers market just to help acclimate to the higher elevation when they have to head up into the hills.
  16. Maelstrom @ Maelstrom: I would certainly have bought it, swilled it, enjoyed it…. Why not? A little boost in your juice isn’t going to hurt anyone.
  17. R @ Royboy99: Exports were reported to have around 7.2mg per FL OZ, it’s success is what actually led to Coca Cola
  18. Maelstrom @ Maelstrom: Having cramps and husband thinks you’re acting hysterical (ie. PMS) the doc would either perform a certain massage to relieve the strains of motherhood and family life of that time or send you down to the local apothecary for a bottle of laudanum… A tincture of alcohol and 10% òpìųm. Fun days huh?
  19. R @ Royboy99: @malestrom: yeah thats it, my bad Mariani, yeah i considered that and also its ROA, which was oral so the bioavailability was lower than insufflation, higher degree of purity tho and longer duration … there was a significant marked increase of patents filed by Edison during the time it was released in the US. Presidents were known to use it as well, and the Queen. The pope awarded the wine the Vatican gold medal award
  20. Maelstrom @ Maelstrom: I think it was called vin Mariani. But yeah, it was all the rave back in the turn to the 20th century. Original formula Coca Cola did it for a while too. I think it was pretty weak though. Something like 200 mg per liter of wine. Enough to maybe give you a little push but unless you could pound some serious alcohol, it’d be hard to really feel the effects before the ethyl knocked you down on the ground. It was an interesting time period. Laudanum was a “hysterical” woman’s best friend.
