I placed an order yesterday and paid for Sat delivery. Got an email last night saying it didn't ship, what a bummer after sending extra funds. Now I'm out til Tuesday:(

I know "A" will make it up to me but it still sucks!

That bad shipping shit is getting really old. I'm sorry. I think it's good that there are some alternatives now. I think A and R are maybe just too busy

Ditto Marco! NOT happy, especially after verifying shipping would happen, no delays, and rushing to make payment and email of payment, giving excuses to work, etc...a lot goes into placing an order for me given my work schedule...

I absolutely adore this girl, and shes been really good to me in the past, allowing additional time for payment etc, but really getting tired of excuses and failed plans because her shipper SUCKS!...I don't want to jump ship and take her commissions away to someone else, but damn....I haven't been able to count on my orders for months now

:-( I'm thinking she needs to shiz-can her shipper and get someone far more reliable! If theyre backed up I get it, say so and I won't count on anything, but just this bs shipper issue is getting old! Especially when new vendors are getting orders out...

Also, given I get nothing for the trouble of late orders...never get extras as many others here say they do, etc...And with the price increases I guess I just expect more ya know? Argh....so irritated right now!

Sorry, but just seriously bumming having to alter plans again!!!

We all ate adults and know this isn't Cvs yada yada yada but for goodness sakes I read about Ali from the 2 of y'all - FG and Marco - I made my first IOP purchase bc of the good reviews on this site. I know that the shipper is out of her (and Ric's for the matter) hands but you both and me too now are good customers.

I haven't had problems with Rick in a while but that doesn't mean it won't happen tomorrow. I wish there was some clue to know when there are issues. That way we know ahead of time. Trying to last from Friday to Tuesday is tough. I feel for you.

 
I finally got the TN for my "Saturday" delivery. She sounded really upset about her shippers, maybe she'll find new ones. She said she'd throw in extras with next order so it costs her money each time this happens. The TN is good though and should have order tomorrow morning

Ditto, Marco...almost word for word of your situation!

Only difference is I'd say she was "freaking pissed" about her shippers!

She has it going on - so when something goes wrong that is "controllable", yet out of HER control, it is very upsetting to her!

She works hard and its frustrating as hell for her to have it fall apart after it leaves her hands!

Hopefully someone gets on those shippers and they get it right this week (and next, and...)

Hopefully all is well with everyone else waiting.

R and A must have a hundred clients that don't use the forum by now, or don't use the forum strictly using e-mail.

 
Has anyone tried the soma? What brand? Or are they the ones you get right over the border? I cannot remember there name but they are made in MX.

The problem is that stock changes regularly....one item today, an entirely different item tomorrow.

Always best to ask (the vendor directly) each time whats in stock.

Placed order with "A" yesterday before cut-off. I've been using her more and more recently since she came back as she was really the first vendor I started with after joining DBG. She's back and better than ever (shipper's not withstanding)

She gave me 1/2 price on next day shipping after last order was late TN didn't arrive until late but I'm not gonna give her grief for that, she's got a family too.

Hello to all. I just want you all to know that im new to all of this, and i just happened to find this forum wednsday evening. I was really suspicious about trusting the whole online vendor thing and was proven wrong by "A". I contacted her on wednsday and asked if she had a product that i needed in stock. She replied immediatly and told me that she was not accepting any new customers but she could refer me to a friend of hers which is a new vendor, and she added that if that vendor that she referred me to did not respond she would take me on as a new customer. I tried contacting the new vendor and when he did not respond in a few short hours i got antsy and replied to "A" begging and crying for her to take me in lol. She was very fast with her response, and very pleasently told me she would accept me! The product i wanted was $180.00 for 15 tabs plus $70 for saturday delivery so i placed my order yesterday around noon and she kindly assured me i would get my order saturday. I moneygramed a total of $250 and felt so insecure after doing so, im sure some of you can understand why. I feel so much better today /default_smile.png. I discovered early this morning that there was a tracking number in my email. MY order was due to be delivered at 12:00 noon today. It was here by 10:00am and "A" even threw in 15 more tabs free giving me a total of 30tabs. I am still in shock and also greatful /default_biggrin.png the quality is excellent folks! This vendor is very trustworthy and delivers. Oh yeah and the new vendor BESTSAVINGSRX did contact me. He actually has good feedback and cheaper prices.

 
Yes, A has always towed the line, made it through a bunch of fakes that unfortunately came her way which she fixed perfectly. No one can argue against her service as it is top notch.

 
Just an update on my most recent orders with A.

My last two orders have been perfect, with 24 hour turnaround. TNs late, after 10pm PT, but rec'd. She made up for the order before which was a day late with free shipping and a few extras, which was really nice and more than compensation for a one day delay. A is my all-time favorite!

I also had a good experience with A yesterday. The TN didn't even show activity, only that a label had been created and that was around 1pm est. But when I checked this morning it was in transit-ontime :)

 
Placed order on Tuesday and got two day. A said that she would send TN on Wednesday. Seems like they slacked on Tuesday because they sent it overnight yesterday with AM delivery. It is all good!

 
Yeah, she said she had problems on Tuesday but at least she let me know. Communication is important and its usually good with A

Been a very sad few days but 2 complete (irl anyway) strangers cared enough about what I was going through to talk to me about it, though they owe me nothing and have no reason to help my personal pain other than the kindness in their own hearts. Just shows that this place is a real community, not just a forum of people who only care about themselves.
