This update is over a week late but my pack did arrive. There was some confusion on his end/serious U5PS screw up so it took roughly 15 days from confirmation of order, to being received. I do want to note there was a holiday weekend during that time frame, which could have caused further delays.I promised a review once my mag arrived from Jax. Well....still not here yet. I've had a pack that was in "awaiting from sender" for quite some time. Just today it started moving. What i will say is Jax reached out on his own to see if it arrived and has been very responsive. Once pack arrives I will do full review of process and product.![]()
Update: my second order had some serious issues. It just said u5p5 awaiting order with no movement. As no movement has yet to happen still jax kindly decided the order must have been lost and he would do a reship for me. He has still been very communicative through the whole thing which I appreciate a lot. Communication and professionalism is key! So I will update when the subscription starts moving and finally lands. Just wanted to thank Jax for proper coms and update my last post!I just made my second sub with Jax. He was pleasant as always and responds immediately. The professionalism is top notch. I doubled my order this time (which is my normal twice a month subscription) because the last ones were high quality. I like to read the magazine with the bee 7 oh 7. I’ll also make sure I leave another review as soon as they TD. Just wanted to give a shout out to Jax about his promptness and professionalism and recommend anyone on the fence to just go ahead and pull the trigger, you won’t be sorry!

May I ask, what do you mean by delivery app? Informed? I don’t have it in my area. I placed a huge order (for me), over 1/2 of my disability paycheck for the month. Rec’d one pack of a completely wrong item, not what I ordered & nothing I can take. I keep asking where my second order is (he said they ship separately), on Monday he tolld me the weather was holding things up & just wait a couple of days. I am so sad and desperate. At first he asked me to send pix of the wrong subscription I rec’d, guaranteed he'd make it right, and that my second pack would arrive within two days. Now it's three days out and he's ghosted me. I am so poor. I can't order from anyone else because I have no money. I have other bills to pay and he's holding my money, not updating me, no tracking, no nothing. Boy did I go wrong. It is not my way to come on the forum and post negative reviews about a vendor, but I'm so lost here. I have chronic pain. I'm not looking for a joyride or anything hard – I just need pain management meds. What I received was all wrong and I haven't received my second mag and I know I won't receive it. At this point, I'm suffering so badly and so stressed out & I have no options. I even overpaid him for the order because I'm bad at crypto. Now I have big finance charges on my credit cards, my doc won't fill my pain med until a certain date that he could never replace it by. Why does he use U5p5? I am heartsick, dopesick, & impoverished by a vendor who doesn’t give a crap. I usually post glowing reviews about anyone I do business with and if I have an issue, I just quietly move on and don't say anything, but I feel I need to speak out here. Jax has preyed on a severly disabled person with limited funds and not responded to my emails. I am so afraid I will die. This is not a joke, it's not funny and it's purely evil. BUYER BEWARE!Generally speaking there will always be issues with every business across the world. Same thing applies in this part of world but there are ways to handle it. Try a blend of patience and checking in. There’s always admin you can contact too. I understand your frustration bc I’ve been there. Never with Jax tho. Jax has always been honest and taken care of me. He went out of his way for me which I was very gracious for. Unfortunately we’re in the middle of winter, busy season and a massive snow storm is about to hit. I know it’s tough but hang in there. Jax will come thru. The nudie ban rumors doesn’t help subscription materials either
