First order from Jax went very smoothly. Responds to questions quickly, and very rapid delivery. Happy with interaction.
 
Picked up a second edition B 794 pages from Jax. Read is just as great as the first edition. Placed order Jan 16, but post mark was Jan 21 and it arrived Jan 28, so it was slow and since this magazine as for a friend, the latency caused a little dissatisfaction but all is good.
 
Decided to give Jax another try, and I was not disappointed with this most recent subscription.

Comms were 10/10 throughout the process, shipping and stealth was much better than the last time around - everything landed in under 2 weeks.

And most importantly the quality of the No.4 is top notch 10/10 as well.

Much much better experience overall this time around, and what I had come to expect from Jax based on prior successful orders!

Just a quick follow up to my previous concerning post….Jax immediately reached out and kindly offered me a refund or choice of another mag…I elected for a different read which was both excellent in quality and received in under two weeks. Everything was exactly as described and without question met my expectations…what really stood out in addition to the high quality was the transparency, professionalism, and ongoing communication in ensuring all went well….I’ll definitely be a returning subscriber…much appreciation Jax!

Another successful subscription in from Jax. Anything arrived in great condition, no creases in pages, print quality was excellent as usual, and they read just as well! One part of sub took a bit longer than other, but they all arrived within reasonable time frames. 10/10 would recommend this publisher any day.
 
I promised a review once my mag arrived from Jax. Well....still not here yet. I've had a pack that was in "awaiting from sender" for quite some time. Just today it started moving. What i will say is Jax reached out on his own to see if it arrived and has been very responsive. Once pack arrives I will do full review of process and product. ✌️
This update is over a week late but my pack did arrive. There was some confusion on his end/serious U5PS screw up so it took roughly 15 days from confirmation of order, to being received. I do want to note there was a holiday weekend during that time frame, which could have caused further delays.

Now, I will say Jax really hooked me up with my order, it damn near blew me away! Not only that, the product was on point and exactly what i hoped for as a first timer with Jax.

I always like to include what I order so other members who have interest can see a satisfied customer. My mag was from the Bro B@r, special issue V 2090.

Communication was also top notch, he reached out multiple times to check in. That was greatly appreciated and I will be a returning customer without question!

I just made my second sub with Jax. He was pleasant as always and responds immediately. The professionalism is top notch. I doubled my order this time (which is my normal twice a month subscription) because the last ones were high quality. I like to read the magazine with the bee 7 oh 7. I’ll also make sure I leave another review as soon as they TD. Just wanted to give a shout out to Jax about his promptness and professionalism and recommend anyone on the fence to just go ahead and pull the trigger, you won’t be sorry!
Update: my second order had some serious issues. It just said u5p5 awaiting order with no movement. As no movement has yet to happen still jax kindly decided the order must have been lost and he would do a reship for me. He has still been very communicative through the whole thing which I appreciate a lot. Communication and professionalism is key! So I will update when the subscription starts moving and finally lands. Just wanted to thank Jax for proper coms and update my last post!

Awaiting order ? That usually means label was printed and the pack hasn’t been dropped/picked up or had its first scan yet … sometimes it misses it’s first scan … now considering this a “serious issue” is a bit alarmist … we should be using that alert/classification for something actually serious and not what the DMV of post mail considers business as usual… just my 0.02c

It’s been 16 days is all since donation. My response was my update for my original post and thanking Jax for for his professionalism. Sorry the word serious was used.

No worries... I get it … I’m also waiting on a order. Mine is still within the margins of an anticipated t/a time tho… you’re lucky with the TN. I’m flying blind. (ID doesn’t work)

Generally speaking there will always be issues with every business across the world. Same thing applies in this part of world but there are ways to handle it. Try a blend of patience and checking in. There’s always admin you can contact too. I understand your frustration bc I’ve been there. Never with Jax tho. Jax has always been honest and taken care of me. He went out of his way for me which I was very gracious for. Unfortunately we’re in the middle of winter, busy season and a massive snow storm is about to hit. I know it’s tough but hang in there. Jax will come thru. The nudie ban rumors doesn’t help subscription materials either
May I ask, what do you mean by delivery app? Informed? I don’t have it in my area. I placed a huge order (for me), over 1/2 of my disability paycheck for the month. Rec’d one pack of a completely wrong item, not what I ordered & nothing I can take. I keep asking where my second order is (he said they ship separately), on Monday he tolld me the weather was holding things up & just wait a couple of days. I am so sad and desperate. At first he asked me to send pix of the wrong subscription I rec’d, guaranteed he'd make it right, and that my second pack would arrive within two days. Now it's three days out and he's ghosted me. I am so poor. I can't order from anyone else because I have no money. I have other bills to pay and he's holding my money, not updating me, no tracking, no nothing. Boy did I go wrong. It is not my way to come on the forum and post negative reviews about a vendor, but I'm so lost here. I have chronic pain. I'm not looking for a joyride or anything hard – I just need pain management meds. What I received was all wrong and I haven't received my second mag and I know I won't receive it. At this point, I'm suffering so badly and so stressed out & I have no options. I even overpaid him for the order because I'm bad at crypto. Now I have big finance charges on my credit cards, my doc won't fill my pain med until a certain date that he could never replace it by. Why does he use U5p5? I am heartsick, dopesick, & impoverished by a vendor who doesn’t give a crap. I usually post glowing reviews about anyone I do business with and if I have an issue, I just quietly move on and don't say anything, but I feel I need to speak out here. Jax has preyed on a severly disabled person with limited funds and not responded to my emails. I am so afraid I will die. This is not a joke, it's not funny and it's purely evil. BUYER BEWARE!

If you are suffering from Op WD, and need something to hold you over till the pack arrives … I suggest looking into MGM15, / 7HO, something that’ll not only help with pain relief but will also provide comfort with your WD symptoms. A lot of it is readily available, depending on your location…. And can be obtained from a local headshop, PLEASE do some research before you take the leap tho. And THREAD CAREFULLY

Yeah , I’ve only had good experiences with Jax tho, and I hope all is well …

I doubled up with my last order with the confidence that things are 💯.

Man everyone uses U5P$. Why would he not use u5P$?

I’m really sorry you’re going thru whatever buys to say that he is evil and preyed on you is absurd and I hope you realize that you won’t get any serious responses saying stuff like that. Mail delays are real.


You cannot expect packs to come a day or two after order. I know that doesn’t help now and once again I do feel for you but you need to plan for hiccups and delays that are completely out of people’s control.

Saying that you were “preyed on” and insinuating something nefarious is going on is just ridiculous though…
