God, i feel your pain. I actually slept through the might with no help three nights in a row this past week. I nearly jumped for joy. Otherwise, my sleep is still affected. Have been taking melatonin but that only helps sometimes. It is tough.ni wish i could take benzos but unfortunately i had a problem with them in the past. Those wds are not fun either. Not nearly as bad as tram tho. Hang in there.Trams were great for me at first. Then kicking them was Hell and back.Made me a benzo head just to get a few hours of sleep.Never again, Now I'm stuck on another devil drug. Thanks Doc.
I feel for you Akup7ich :-(.... They're tough little bastards aren't they!I have now ran out of my regular 50s. I have 200 ERs but soo different I am accually having icky w/d even on 1 ER a day no regular tram. Sucks.
Even other pain stuff that usually works when I hurt on tram is only amplifying the sensations of withdraw. Lucky to have something it could be and have felt worse before but.. That day may be coming.. Don't know if I will take the whole jump off of them or keep finding and fighting my way to resupply.
Funny how easly I took for granted when I was use to hem I figured sometimes they were not even working. But no they were. Now every thing even my eyelashes hurt.
I SO hear you. I had quite the habit. I am here to support you however I can. Try some poppy seed tea. Weight lifting....i know it sounds ridic but it helps. Tire yourself out! If you can take benzos respobsibly, or soma, get some of that. Also, an SSRI like effexor can help. It is tough but really worth it. I am so so sorry for what you are going through. I know you probably know this, but if you do decide to stop, just don't jump straight off them! However, I imagine it would be more difficult to taper with the time release ones...?

I have read many of your post and appreaciate. Take small amounts of Lexapro but it might not be the one. Seems like ultram was the layer to everything working better. But slowly not as well. And slowly little bits apof wieght. In 40s likely the combo of a lot.I SO hear you. I had quite the habit. I am here to support you however I can. Try some poppy seed tea.
