- M @ Mammasboi123: @iamgroot it may also depend on if the product sold was indeed something other than what was received. If the test proved it was the wrong item, it depends on the testing used. A lab can be expensive, so it would be a nice gesture to pay for part of that testing. If it’s an at-home reagent test then no, I don’t believe you need to do anything more than what you did!

yeah, i agree with raset. it's a nice gesture if you paid for the tests but i don't think you should necessarily feel inclined in that situation.

@iamgroot I feel as though what you've done already is more than most would., and that's why you have the reputation you have. You're not responsible for all of the incidentals associated with said product. You're thread speaks for itself should anyone either a) question reliability or b) leave 1 isolated negative remark. Don't accommodate; what will they ask for next?

Ok let me ask one thing. If a person dont like my product and i refund full amount, now do i have to pay for testing kits he bought to test my product? Isnt this well enough if a vendor fully refund you? Just need your thoughts.
