I'm torn because I got my order last time in march/April took about 35ish days I want to re order but all this in here has me afraid to put one in

I've got a standing offer for a cut rate reship on one of the lost but I don't want to do it until things get back on track
 
Nobody has updated anything at all for a week, this is highly abnormal for Max’s thread. I really hope the donation I made to his magazine drive on -DELETED- was got in wain.

I will say, I’ve been doing business with Max for years and he is amazing at what he does. I know he will come through on this order and I will be able to report back to everyone on Max’s superb work! 😎

Just spoke with Max and all is well with him. Please folks, do not doubt Max, he is a great vendor and have known him for 10+ years. He is a good guy and will always come through for you. The post office is sometimes very slow so it takes awhile for goods to arrive sometimes, in some cases, it could be a month or more, but it will arrive. It is not Max's fault, he always ships right on time, sometimes even, same day, he always comes through with his word and has never failed me ever.

Yea but how about all the orders that have been over 6 months out??? And no reply from him and 3+ months. On fairly large orders too, at least mine and a few others I know. I hate that this happened as everyone likes Max and he is an OG, but he needs to fix these issues.

I echo this, its been 7 months for my first shipment, and I had a reship two months later that both have not arrived, and I get no response from my last couple of emails to him. I have used Max for years, I even lost my shipments when he had his incident a few years ago. A post on these forums at least would be nice.

how many times have you hung out with Max? Because the way you talk your best freaking friends. Lots of people in here lost lots of money. Please don't tell them how to feel or how to react. especially when Max has not made it right or attempted to other than to ghost them. The fact you're defending such behavior, makes me even doubt you.

Also, Max is answering new customer emails, but ignoring old customer emails. That says it all. Good luck getting your order.

But he's never failed you. lmao.
 
I got price list from Max months ago, then asked how do I order, never got a reply.
I am sorry I couldn't be waiting 6 months I would be up the wall.
 
Yes, he definitely owes me a big order, but I'm not necessarily saying this should be the case, but under the circumstances with what we know, should Max be black listed? Take the postal/government shit out of the equation as that shit out of his control, but there could be a case here I would think. I mean he is back, so he had the time and people have been very patient. I get the Max doesn't owe you anything statement, but based on his word, he kind of does.. if you needed more time, I'm sure everybody would've been cool, but for him to just start taking new customers, left a lot of people hanging. Maybe he does make everybody right but I can't wait another year. Pretty much written my loss off, so just a thought....
 
I'm just speaking from MY experience with Max. If you had a bad experience, you had a bad experience, but check this out, why don't you go look at the entire thread here. The majority of people ( how man pages long) are overwhelmingly positive. Nothing more to say.

Trust me, even though he owes me a big order, I still don't hold it against him. I was only basing anything off of the last month or two I don't believe anybody's received their packs. I just hate that he ghosted us, if he said, I'll get you back in a year I would've been cool with it.
 
Does anyone think he may have got hemmed up and someone took over his email? Something is not right for sure. Don't know what's going on with him but my last correspondence with him just didn't sound like him.

This is what I think happened. He owes me 3 orders. He doesn’t seem to interested in replacing them, but he is still taking money?? Something doesn’t smell right. 🤨

he owes me at least two maybe three, but the way things look, I think he's done... but still happy to take peoples money and doesn't sound like anyone has received anything in quite a while. The Max chapter is over IMO.
 
I’ve been dealing with Max for years and was always happy with the service provided

I placed 2 orders one the beginning of May and one beginning of June. I noticed the bitcoin address had changed but that happens.

Max responded that both have shipped and I had them going to two separate addresses.

I’ve e-mailed Max many times politely asking what is happening as it never has taken this long. Alarm bells went off when he hasn’t replied to one e-mail. I referred several people to him and he responded to them and took their orders and BtC now they are telling me that Max is ignoring them too.

My orders were pretty large as I had no concern as I said I’ve been using him for years with no issue.

I’ve sent him a request through bitcoin to refund both transactions a couple weeks back nothing.

I just sent him another e-mail and see if he responds.

For everyone else I wouldn’t place any orders until this gets resolved as too many of us are in the same situation. And if he doesn’t correct it he should be blacklisted to protect future buyers.
