I think, generally, we like them except sometimes the guys shit is gross or problematic so it'll turn someone off.  Problems include: uncircumcised, too small, too big (yep, it happens), smelly, too hairy, fat gut.... and non participation is annoying too, like lemme know you like it or how and my excitement/ activity will increase.  Sit there like a bump on a log, bore me  & I'm out! A good milkshake requires mutual participation under normal circumstances.
