Great! I believe I will try this again.

Thanks
I vacuum pack it with a pack or two of silica gel. That means it's airtight, in a dark place, and there's zero no chance of mould appearing. I've done this myself when some strains were selling out.

That is so GREAT!!!! YAY True Love!!!! (I can't remember are you a pain patient??)

Kratom keeps me regular. Just sayin. Then again, I am constantly drinking water or something. Constantly.
Will cat that is awesome and rare and I am jealous I must say :-) cuz you know I've been complaining about poop ever since I started talking about kratom laughing my ass off!

Yes. I have lots of pain everyday.

I'm the one who's doctor left n was being sent

To pain management n they will only do therapy

& injections. No meds. So I Quit going.. Only made the pain worse.. Went to several docs but of course they Wouldn't help me.

Gosh I'm so sorry! Does kratom help the pain pretty effectively?

hey guys I just wanted to say I just started using kratom yesterday, for a 13 year struggle with back pain so far so good got it intown and it was decent quality, but I have a question about different strains for pain -sedative effect, can anyone help with this question

Red strains tend to be more sedative thus analgesic. I primarily use red strains for anxiety reduction. You can get kratom much cheaper (and better quality!) online. If you are using capsules there is a $20 capping machine on Amazon and you can cap your own. Use vegetable caps rather than gelatin caps though. Easier on your tummy! Hope this helps some. Oh, also try to stay away from extracts and enhanced blends. They will shoot your tolerance up quickly and are very expensive to maintain. A good quality plain leaf is much better IMO. Good luck!!

Another thing, red vein Borneo is my all time favorite but everyone is a little different and it is best to change strains frequently. There are places you can get sampler packs of 3 or 4 strains so you can see what works best for you without making a huge investment in a leaf that may not agree with you. Example, Green Malay is my second favorite strain. Whites are my least even though a white is supposed to be a mix between a green and white. Again good luck. Kratom is a great herb I think and hope it stays around a long time.

Thank You Roger, you have helped me out tremendously the only one I've tried so far is the green meang da it was ok for a shop in town, I am going to check online and order what you recommended thank you so much

You are very welcome. You can read through the thread to get some vendor names. My all time favorite vendor is Herbal Cafe but she is pretty expensive comparatively speaking but her producer is consistently good. She offers large and small sample packs which is the perfect way to get an idea of what you like (or don't). No caps at Herbal Cafe though.

A few of my other go to vendors are:

Sacred Plant Life

Kratom Warehouse

HB&M (I think that's correct😊)

There are other good vendors mentioned in this thread as well.

Keep us posted on how it is working for you!

Awesome thanks again ,did not know about those vendors I'll check them out asap ,I have only looked at two kratom vendors so far not the ones you suggested, but I will check those out , also will let you know when I order to just give you an update on my experience with borneo red ,sounds good :-) cant wait .

Well I like all reds (red Thai and Sumatra specifically) and green Malay. It took me a bit to acclimate to green Malay. Again, I would highly suggest getting smaller samples of different strains so you will know what works best for you.

I think kratom is a great herb. It has helped so many people with a myriad of conditions, ranging from pain control to addiction, depression and anxiety. The good thing about kratom is that is self regulates. There is most def a ceiling effect. In other words, less is more. Pushing the dose only results in making you sick.

To get the very best results, it prob shouldn't be taken daily. That said, I do and know others who do as well.

Understood ,definitely will heed all warnings, just as with any substance herbal or other moderation is always good ,and there is no need to push the limit ,maybe on and off days?

Is that the norm or I just need a little more education on dosage and amounts .

Or capsule size and amount
I would count on about .5 grams per 00 cap if you purchase them precapped. (You can get about .7 grams in ones you cap yourself. )

I would start at around 3-4 grams and see how you feel. If you don't have a tolerance then it should be active at 3-4 grams for you. Anything over that very well will make you nauseated. If you have quality kratom and no tolerance, 3-4 grams should work for you.

One tsp is about 3 grams but can vary depending upon the grind.

And yes if you have other methods to control the pain I would def try to keep the usage to at least alternating days. If you use daily you will develop a tolerance and have slight WD symptoms upon cessation.

I use a scale so I know exactly how much I'm using but I use the wash and toss method rather than caps or drinking in juice. I think it is the easiest way to consume and much more effective than caps for me. Again, that is a personal preference. A lot is people use the powder in about 4 oz of juice and swig quickly.

I would highly discourage true toss and wash. It is uncomfortable and so easy to choke. Wash and toss is much easier. You can swallow in one gulp and never taste it.

  11. xenxra @ xenxra: @CalFresh if you are able to DM me (in a secure manner) the transactions associated with your btc theft, i can look into that part for you at least. i;m still 99% certain if the fbi didn't discard my leads they could have gotten some of my coins back and considering you had your coins stolen within the us, you have a much better chance of recovery than me. unless they went through mixers i could probably trace them myself.

  18. mellowella @ mellowella: @CalFresh are you and your family safe? You’ve helped me in a pinch and were more than generous, and I’m sure you’ve helped others. How can we help you? Does it help at all if we completely buy out what’s left? Maybe that gives time and funds to restock and rebuild? I don’t want to break any rules here, but please let us know if we can do anything. All on your time of course.
  19. CalFresh @ CalFresh: thanks guys. I'm pulling together what I have left and leaning on the kindness of folks who support me to restock my shelves so that I can keep the lights on. Having my savings drained and my security vanish in an instant is paralyzing and the repercussions will only be realized in the coming days and weeks. for now I'm just trying to stay focused on the immediate priorities for ensuring this doesn't. cause cataclysmic failure to the life I've built for my children and I.
  20. H @ hotdog45: @CalFresh hey man if I can do anything, anything at all to help you get back on your feet let me know. Truly my heart goes out to you. I sent you an email also
